T he Forever Fern stamp set and dies make creating pretty cards easy!
Project Recipe
Cardstock Measurements (in inches):
Just Jade: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 folded in half to create the card base.
Pretty Peacock: 5-1/2 x 2-1/2; scrap for scalloped circle
Forever Greenery DSP: 5-1/2 x 2-5/8
Whisper White: for circle label
Place the leafy embossing folder to the far left on the card front and run through your die cutting machine.
Adhere the Pretty Peacock layer on the card front. You will cover some of the embossed area. I lined up the Pretty Peacock piece so that the right side of the embossed area is hidden.
Adhere the Forever Fern DSP to the Pretty Peacock layer
Using some of the leafy dies, cut them out using your die cutting machine and adhere to the DSP using adhesive or mini glue dots.
At this time, you can cut out the Whisper White circle and the Pretty Peacock scallop circle using the Layering Circles Dies and your die cutting machine.
Ink up the white circle in Pretty Peacock and stamp your greeting. I used a greeting from the Forever Fern stamp set. I also added a light leafy image to the circle by inking the image up and stamping off twice on scrap paper.
Adhere the greeting to the scalloped circle die cut, then adhere that to the card front over the leafy die cuts, but make sure some of the leafy pieces are exposed.
Tie a bow using the Reversible Ribbon, and adhere using a glue dot.
