Project Recipe
Cut Real Red card stock 5.5" x 8.5".
Cut Soft Sky card stock 5.375" x 4.125".
Cut Whisper White card stock 5.25" x 4".
Using the sponge brayer and Soft Sky ink, brayer the inside (the SIZZIX side) of the Woodland embossing folder to desired color saturation.
Place Whisper White card stock on the un-inked side in the desired position, then close folder.
Run embossing folder through the Big Shot using the standard platform tab and standard cutting pads.
Using the small snowflake stamp included in the Peaceful Pines stamp set, ink with Versamark, sprinkle with white embossing powder and set with heat tool.
Using the Fine Tip Glue Pen, place a dot in the center of each snowflake and sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds glitter.
Stamp the cardinal bird on a tree branch in Real Red ink from the Festival of Trees set, coloring his beak with the Basic Black Stampin' Write marker.
On a piece of scrap Whisper White, stamp a pine tree from the Peaceful Pines set.
Using the corresponding framelits die, cut out the pine tree image with the Big Shot and Magnetic Platform.
Using the Fine Tip Glue Pen, touch glue in random spots on the tree branches and then sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds glitter.
Using a piece of Whisper White card stock that has been cut 1.5" x 4", tear across the top to create the look of snow.
Using Real Red ink, stamp the sentiment on this piece of card stock.
Using the Fine Tip Glue Pen, apply glue to the torn edge and sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds glitter.
Adhere the Soft Sky card stock to the Real Red card front using snail adhesive.
Adhere the embossed Whisper White card stock to the Soft Sky card stock using snail adhesive.
Adhere the pine tree to the lower right side of the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Top the tree with a small bow created from silver 1/8" ribbon and a glue dot.
Adhere the snowy sentiment to the front bottom of the card using snail adhesive.
