Project Recipe
Cut a piece of cardstock – 10″ x 7″ (25.5cm x 18cm). Using the gift bag punch board create a small gift bag.
Once you have completed a small bag following the punch board guidelines, with the short side of the bag at the top of your trimmer and the straight edge on your left hand side lined up at 2 3/4" (7cm), with your cutting blade at the bottom of your card stock, cut up from the bottom to the last horizontal score line. Cut off this trimmed piece to leave your back pack flap.
To decorate the bag you will need DSP – 2.5″ x 2.75″ (6.5cm x 7cm) and
2.5″ x 5.5″ (6.5cm x 14cm)
Use your bone folder to curve the flap.
Using adhesive, sick your side panel and then fold up and stick the bottom flaps,
Use mini magnets to create your closure.
Back Straps x2 – 2.75″ x 3/8″ (7cm x 1 cm), curved and stuck on the back.
Top Handle – 0.5″ x 2″ (0.5cm x 5cm), stuck to the top of the bag.
Decorate with sequins and bitty bloom flowers.
