T his card features product from the Sweet Candy Cane Bundle as well as the Flat Jingle Bell Trinkets from the July - December 2022 mini catalog.
Project Recipe
Cut Basic White card base to 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4. Fold and burnish along the score line with your bone folder.
Cut the red and white diagonal striped DSP to 5-1/4 x 4.
Cut Real Red cardstock to 5-1/4 x 4 and run through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine with the large diagonal striped die from the Candy Cane dies. Adhere to the DSP layer, but not to the card base.
Stamp your greeting in Real Red ink on a scrap of Basic White about 2-3/4 x1-1/2. Stamp three mistletoe leaves in Garden Green ink on a small scrap of Basic White.
Die Cut your stamped images as well as the Candy Canes from the DSP.
Thread about 6-1/2" of Garden Green ribbon through the label and adhere the ribbon ends to the back of the Diagonal pieces. You may now adhere this piece to your card.
Attach the candy canes, jingle bell trinkets, and mistletoe together as shown in the sample or as desired. Tie a bow with Real Red Bakers Twine and adhere to the candy canes with a glue dot.
Adhere 3 White Candy Dots as desired.
I took one of the longest pieces of the Real Red diagonal die cut, and adhered it to the inside of my card to bring some color inside. Stamp your greeting on the inside in Garden Green ink, and a sprig of mistletoe to your envelope.
