T his card uses the spotlighting technique to create a beautiful card.
Project Recipe
Cut cinnamon cider cs to 8.5 x 5.5 and score in half at 4.25". Cut white cs to 4x 5.25".
Stamp greetings on a piece of white cs and die cut them out. Then pick the greeting you plan to use.
Stamp the sunflower in black memento ink on the white cs and stamp a second time on some scrap computer paper and trim is out to make a mask. Using the mask cover the sunflower and stamp the leaves. Then die cut with stitched rectangle die.
Using the rectangle die cut piece, measure and make a layered piece of cinnamon cider to back it with that is slightly larger than your die cut.
Using your blends color the rectangle die cut piece. Then layer to the cinnamon cider and layer that to the white piece on the card base.
Add your greeting. I also put a piece of white inside for a writing area for a message. You can also stamp the smaller sunflower inside and color it with the blends if you wish.
