A fun and fancy fold
Project Recipe
FOR THE CARD BASE:
Cut Pretty Peacock Cardstock at 4 1/4" x 10 7/8" Score at 2 3/4" and 8 1/4".
Cut Very Vanilla Cardstock at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
Cut two pieces of Vanilla Cardstock at 2 5/8" x 4 1/8"
Cut two pieces of DSP (Flower for Every Season) at 2 1/2" x 4"
FOR THE SLIDE AND LOCK MECHANISM:
Cut two pieces of Pretty Peacock Cardstock at 3" x 4"
Cut two pieces of Pretty Peacock Cardstock at 2" x 4" scored at 2"
Cut Very Vanilla Cardstock at 2 7/8" x 3 7/8"
Stamp your image and sentiment onto the Very Vanilla piece that is 4 1/8" x 5 3/8". Adhere this piece to the middle of the card base.
Adhere the two pieces of Very Vanilla that measures 2 5/8" x 4 1/8" to the two flaps of the card base, then adhere the two pieces of DSP paper to the Very Vanilla Cardstock.
Stamp your image and sentiment onto the Very Vanilla piece that measures 2 7/8" x 3 7/8", then adhere it to one of the Pretty Peacock pieces that measures 3" x 4"
With the two Pretty Peacock pieces that measures 2" x 4", make sure the score lines are crisp. Adhere the first piece to the edge of the 3" x 4" card so that the fold is in the center of the 4" side. Adhere the second piece next to the first piece. Adhere the piece with sentiment that measures 3" x 4" to the mechanism.
