- 1-1/2" x 2" from Basic White Cardstock

Mount the "Let's Celebrate" sentiment from the Splendid Thoughts Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Fresh Freesia Ink Pad. Stamp it repeatedly across the top 2/3 of the vertical Fresh Freesia rectangle at an angle as shown. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Let some of the images go off the edges, so have a piece of Grid Paper under your cardstock to protect your work surface.
Adhere the 1-1/2" x 4" strip of Soft Sea Foam Splendid Day Specialty Designer Paper across the bottom of the stamped Fresh Freesia rectangle so the left, bottom, and right edges are even.
Cut a 5" piece of the Soft Sea Foam 3/8" Seam Binding Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon horizontally across the bottom of the Fresh Freesia/designer paper rectangle so it covers the seam between the two pieces. Fold the ends of the ribbon over and secure the ribbon in place on the back with strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape pieces and add Stampin' Seal to the back of the Fresh Freesia rectangle. Adhere the rectangle to the front of the Soft Seam Foam card.
Pick out the half circle die from the Splendid Stems Dies. Put it on top of the copper foil Splendid Day Specialty Designer Paper rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals around the bottom and sides of the back of the half circle foil paper cut out to adhere it to the front of the card so it overlaps the ribbon a bit as shown on the right side. Make sure NO adhesive is along the flat top edge of the half circle so that you can tuck the stems of the leaves and flowers cut outs and the trinket under the top of the half circle.
Pick out the long, skinny leaves stem die; the shorter, fatter skinny leaves die; and the larger, rounded leaves die from the Splendid Stems Dies. Put them on top of the Soft Sea Foam rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. Set the leaf stem cut outs aside for now.
Mount the long, rounded petals/leaves stem outline image from the Splendid Thoughts Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Fresh Freesia Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of both long white rectangles, remembering to re-ink it each time. Also stamp the top of the image on the small white rectangle after re-inking it.
Mount the set of four solid petals/leaves image from the Splendid Thoughts Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Fresh Freesia Ink Pad. Stamp off on Grid Paper. Stamp it over the top of one of the previously stamped outline petals/leaves image multiple times filling in the spaces as much as possible. Remember to re-ink and stamp off each time. Repeat with the other two outline petals/leaves images.
Pick out the matching rounded petal/leaf stem die from the Splendid Stems Dies. Put it on top of one of the stamped petal/leaf stem images on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the image. Run through the machine. Repeat with the other two images.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut down the partial petals/leaves image cut out so you only have the top three leaves/petals.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the leaf cut outs and petals/leaves cut outs on the card front to figure out spacing, layering, and placement. Use Paper Snips Scissors as needed to cut apart the smaller leaf stem cut out to make things fit nicely. Let things overlap and intertwine.
One at a time, adhere the pieces in place using Stampin' Seal, Mini Glue Dots on the bases of the stems where they are tucked under the top of the flower pot cut out or under the more solid petals/leaves cut outs, and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Let things overlap and intertwine.
Pick out one trinket from the Open Leaf Trinkets. Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere it to the front of the card as shown so the base of the trinket is tucked under the top of the flower pot cut out.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the Soft Sea Foam 3/8" Seam Binding Ribbon.
Slide one end of the ribbon under the ribbon already on the card front just to the left of the flower pot cut out. Tie in place with a half knot. Trim the ends.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up three tiny pearls from the sheet of Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them randomly to the card front around the potted plants.
