A simple and sweet Friendship Card that can be used for any occasion.
Project Recipe
Take a piece of 8-1/2 x 11 inch sheet of Old Olive cardstock and cut it in half lengthwise at 4-1/2 inches then fold and score it in half at 5-1/2 inches.
Cut a 5-1/2" x 4" piece of coordinating color Cardstock. For this card I selected the Rich Razzleberry.
With the Everyday Label Punch, punch out two labels from the center of your 5-1/4" x 4" Rich Razzleberry color coordinated cardstock. Make sure to punch out from the center of the cardstock so that the edges stay intact. While you have the punch out, also punch out a label from Whisper White cardstock for your sentiment. Place the three labels aside for later.
Cut a 5" x 3-3/4" piece of the Share What You Love Designer Series Paper (DSP). From this same piece, cut off 2" and to use the reverse side. The larger piece of DSP will be for the top of the card, and the 2" reversed piece will be used for the bottom.
To assemble the card, glue the two pieces of DSP, as pictured above, to your 5-1/4" x 4" color Rich Razzleberry cardstock. Align the Basic Black Shimmer Ribbon across the top of your 2" DSP and glue it to the back of the Rich Razzleberry cardstock with adhesive glue dots. Now add Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of the Rich Razzleberry cardstock, one in each corner and one in the center. Remove backing from the dimensionals and center this piece to your 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" Old Olive Card base.
To create your embellishment, stamp your sentiment onto the Whisper White Label that you created in Step 3. Take the two Rich Razzleberry labels and cut them in half vertically and horizontally. Glue them to the back of Whisper White Label (as pictured above). Place Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of your embellishment and place onto the front of the card. Decorate it with Basic Jewel Rhinestones.
Finally, add Clear Wink of Stella to the flowers on the DSP for a little sparkle.
I hope you enjoy this project!
