Project Recipe
Cutting Instructions:
- Petal Pink Cardstock: cut 1 @ 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"; score at 2 1/8"; 2 1/2" x 3"; 1 1/4" x 3 1/2";
- Basic White Cardstock: cut 1 @ 2 1/4" x 2 3/4"; cut 1 @ 1" x 3 1/4"; cut 1 @ 4" x 5 1/4" (inside card).
- Delightfully Eclectic DSP: cut 2 @ 1 7/8 x 5 1/4" (1 piece bolder pattern & 1 piece subtler pattern) for this card I used the reverse side for 1 piece; cut 1 @ 2" x 6" (envelope flap).
Instructions:
1. Petal Pink Cardbase: fold on score line and burnish with bone folder, fold the opposite side of card to meet in scored side in the middle of the cardbase, score with bone folder.
2. Adhere DSP to the card front - one design on the left side and the second design on the right side of card front with adhesive of your choice.
3. Basic White Cardstock 2 1/4" x 2 3/4": with Crushed Curry Ink stamp the large daisy outline image from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set, with Petal Pink Ink stamp the large daisy solid stamp to fill in the outline image. Adhere to the Petal Pink Cardstock 2 1/2" x 3". Adhere to the right side of card front, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue only put adhesive on the right side of the piece.
4. Basic White Cardstock 1" x 3 1/4": with Crushed Curry Ink stamp the greeting. Adhere to the Petal Pink Cardstock 1 1/4" x 3 1/2". Adhere to the left side of card front, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue only put adhesive on the left side of the piece.
5. Basic White Cardstock 4" x 5 1/4": with Crush Curry Ink stamp the sentiment and using the stamp with 3 flowers stamp the flowers in the corner, stamp a second time without reinking (stamping off technique). Use the Early Espresso Marker to create the centre of the flowers. Adhere to the inside of the card.
6. Decorate the front with embellishments.
7. Adhere the 2" x 6" piece of DSP to the envelope flap.
