Project Recipe
Cutting Instructions:
- Basic White Cardstock: cut 1 @ 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score at 4 1/4" - DO NOT FOLD until greeting is stamped in the centre; cut 2 @ 3 3/4" x 5" (one for front and one for back of card); cut 1 @ 1 1/2" x 5".
- Countryside DSP: cut 2 @ 1 7/8" x 5"; cut 1 @ 1/2" x 5" (for back of card); cut 1 @ 1/2" x 5 3/4" (for envelope).
- Misty Moonlight Cardstock: cut 1 @ 5 1/4" x 8 1/2", score @ 2 1/'8", 4 1/4", 6 3/8"; cut 2 @ 4" x 5 1/4" (one for front and one for back of card).
- Cut ribbon approximately 8".
Instructions:
1. Misty Moonlight Cardstock: with Stylish Shapes Dies cut 3" circle in the centre of the 4 1/4" score line - if desired, save the circle to use for the focal point on the front of the card.
2. Stamp inside greeting on the Basic White Cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" so it shows through the circle opening in the Misty Moonlight cardstock.
3. Fold Misty Moonlight cardstock on the score lines - 2 1/8" & 6 3/8" are valley folds, 4 1/4" is mountain fold.
4. Use Tear & Tape along the left edge of the Misty Moonlight cardstock, attach it inside the Basic White cardbase.
5. Place Tear & Tape along the right edge of Misty Moonlight layer, fold to the left on the score lines, close the card base over the Misty Moonlight layer.
6. Attach DSP strips on the left & right side of the Misty Moonlight layer.
7. Emboss Misty Moonlight circle (cut from inside piece) with Basics 3D EF and Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.
8. With Misty Moonlight ink stamp greeting on Basic White piece 1 1/2" x 5", cut out with Stylish Shapes Dies.
9. Complete front of card base as desired with Pearl Basic Jewels & ribbon.
10. Decorate the back of the card with the second piece of Misty Moonlight CS cut at 4" x 5 1/4" and second piece of Basic White CS cut at 3 3/4" x 5". Decorate with DSP cut @ 1/2" x 5". With Misty Moonlight ink stamp sentiment if desired.
11. Decorate front of envelope with DSP cut @ 1/2" x 5 3/4".
