W hile this stamp set started out with a fall color theme, it has been fun to change the colors and make it look so different! I hate to see this one retire!
Project Recipe
Begin with Poppy Parade cardstock cut to 5 1/2" X 8 1/2". Score the 8 1/2' length at 4 1/4" and fold.
The next layer is Whisper White cardstock cut to 5 1/4" X 4". Then a layer of Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper cut to 2" X 5". (This paper is retiring!)
Cut a square of Poppy Parade Cardstock to a 3" x 3" square. Then cut a 2 3/4 X 2 3/4 square of Whisper White Cardstock.
Using the Painted Harvest stamps, Stamp the larger flower section in Grapefruit Grove ink. The smaller section is in Poppy Parade ink. The center of the flower is Grapefruit Grove again. The little "seeds" are stamped in Poppy Parade.
Using the Poppy Moments Dies (retiring!) cut the background shape from Poppy Parade Cardstock. Stamp the birthday greeting on Whisper White Cardstock using Poppy Parade ink. The stamp is from "Sending You Thoughts" which was a Sale-A-Bration set.
I added a little ink around the birthday greeting to make it stand out more, using Stampin sponge and Poppy Parade ink. Adhere all parts of the card as shown.
