Project Recipe
Cut cardstock, vellum, Foil Sheets, and Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Rich Razzleberry Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Pool Party Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-3/4" x 3" from Basic Gray Cardstock
- 1-5/8" x 2-7/8" from Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets
- 1-1/2" x 2-3/4" from Vellum Cardstock
- 3" square from Basic Gray Cardstock
- 2-7/8" square from Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets
- 2-1/2" square from Vellum Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 2-3/4" from Silver Foil Sheets
- 1-1/8" x 2-5/8" from Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets
Mount the "A Reason to Celebrate" sentiment from the Painted Glass Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad. Stamp it in the bottom center of the white rectangle as close to the bottom as possible.
Adhere the stamped white rectangle to the Pool Party rectangle and then to the front of the Rich Razzleberry card.
Carefully peel up the protective backing on one side of the 1-5/8" x 2-7/8" Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet and adhere the adhesive sheet to one side of the 1-3/4" x 3" Basic Gray rectangle . Leave the other protective backing piece in place.
Place the Basic Gray rectangle on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot so that the adhesive side (with protective backing in place) is on the bottom (Basic Gray facing up).
Pick out the half circle rose window thinlit from the Stained Glass Thinlits. Place it on top of the cardstock on the Big Shot. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces.
Peel the protective backing off of the half circle rose window cut out and adhere it to the 1-1/2" x 2-3/4" piece of vellum. Use Paper Snips to trim off excess vellum on all sides.
Carefully peel up the protective backing on one side of the 2-7/8" square of Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet and adhere the adhesive sheet to one side of the 3" Basic Gray square . Leave the other protective backing piece in place.
Place the Basic Gray square on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot so that the adhesive side (with protective backing in place) is on the bottom (Basic Gray facing up).
Pick out the large and small square thinlits from the Stained Glass Thinlits. Place them on top of the cardstock on the Big Shot one inside the other. They don't have to be evenly spaced, just make sure they don't overlap. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces
Peel the protective backing off of the large square cut out and adhere it to the 2-1/2" square of vellum.
Peel the protective backing off of the small square cut out and adhere it to the center of the vellum in the center of the large square.
Place the window pieces upside down (Basic Gray outlines down) on your work surface. Start coloring with the Stampin' Blends Markers as desired. The markers have a brush tip for coloring in larger areas and a fine tip for coloring in smaller areas. After coloring, let them dry for a few minutes.
Once the vellum is dry, flip the pieces over and adhere them to the front of the card down the center. Adhere the half circle rose window first so it is about 1/8" from the top of the white layer. Then, adhere the square below it. Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere the pieces.
Carefully peel up the protective backing on one side of the 1-1/8" x 2-5/8" piece of Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet and adhere the adhesive sheet to back side of the Silver Foil Sheet piece. Leave the other protective backing piece in place.
Place the Silver Foil Sheet piece on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot so that the adhesive side (with protective backing in place) is on the bottom (silver foil facing up).
Pick out the edgelit with the church from the Hometown Greetings Edgelits. Place it on top of the silver foil piece on the Big Shot so the church is on top of the foil piece. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces.
Use Paper Snips to cut off excess foil on the sides and bottom of the church. This may cause the door to be loose, make sure to save it!
Peel the protective backing off of the church cut out and adhere it to the left side of the window square on the card front so it overlaps the left side of the window a bit and the bottom of the church is even with the bottom of the window square. If needed, peel the protective backing off of the tiny door piece and adhere it where it belongs in the church.
Cut a 3" piece of Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Velvet Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon and trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the card front so it covers the bottom right side of the church.
