Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Cajun Craze Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
- 2-1/2" square from Cajun Craze Cardstock
- 2-3/8" square from Very Vanilla Cardstock
- 1" x 3-1/2" from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock
- 3/4" x 3-1/2" from Cajun Craze Cardstock
As you are ready to stamp using the Nuts About Squirrels Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Put a piece of Grid Paper on top of the Mat to protect it from ink.
Mount the solid leaf image from the Nuts About Squirrels Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Crushed Curry Ink Pad. Stamp it randomly all over the large vanilla rectangle. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Change the orientation of the stamp every so often. Let some of the images go off the edges of the cardstock. Clean the stamp using the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner and/or Simply Shammy, but leave it on the block.
Re-ink the solid leaf image on Block A with the Pumpkin Pie Ink Pad. Stamp it randomly all over the large vanilla rectangle. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Change the orientation of the stamp every so often. Let some of the images go off the edges of the cardstock and overlap the previously stamped leaves a bit. Clean the stamp using the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner and/or Simply Shammy, but leave it on the block.

Place the stamped large vanilla rectangle on some folded paper towels on top of some Grid Paper on your work surface.
Use the yellow water/alcohol in the Stampin' Spritzer to spray on the leaf stamped vanilla cardstock until you get the coverage you desire.
Use the orange water/alcohol in the Stampin' Spritzer to spray on the leaf stamped cardstock until you get the coverage you desire.
Set the cardstock aside to let it dry.
Tip: You can speed up drying with a Heat Tool if desired.

Mount the large, outline squirrel holding an acorn image from the Nuts About Squirrels Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Soft Suede Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the vanilla square.
Mount the solid, large squirrel holding an acorn fur image from the Nuts About Squirrels Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Cajun Craze Ink Pad. Stamp it inside the previously stamped outlined squirrel image so that the solid bits of the ears and paws line up inside the outline.
Mount the solid acorn top image from the Nuts About Squirrels Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Soft Suede Ink Pad. Stamp it inside the previously stamped acorn top image.
Mount the solid acorn bottom image from the Nuts About Squirrels Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Cajun Craze Ink Pad. Stamp it inside the previously stamped acorn bottom image. Try to line up the edges around the squirrel's hand more than anything.
Adhere the stamped squirrel square to the center of the Cajun Craze square.
Unlock the Banners Pick A Punch. Slide one short edge of the thin Cajun Craze strip into the right side of the punch (the side of the punch with the inward notched top) as far as it will go. Punch.
Slide one short edge of the thin Pumpkin Pie strip into the right side of the unlocked punch (the side of the punch with the inward notched top) as far as it will go. Punch.
Mount the "Hope you're feeling bright-eyed and bushy-tailed" sentiment from the Nuts About Squirrels Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Cajun Craze Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the punched Pumpkin Pie strip so it is closer to the punched end with the punched end on the left side.
Adhere the punched Cajun Craze strip to the back of the punched and stamped Pumpkin Pie strip so the notched end is centered in the notched end of the Pumpkin Pie strip with about 1/4" of the Cajun Craze showing.
If the leaf stamped and spritzed vanilla rectangle is dry, adhere it to the center of the large Cajun Craze rectangle and then to the front of the Pumpkin Pie card.
Adhere the stamped, punched, and layered sentiment strip to the front of the card so the notched end is about 1/4" inch from the left edge of the card and the bottom is about 1-1/4" from the bottom of the card.
If the ribbon pieces are dry, proceed with the next step.
Lay the shorter piece of dyed ribbon diagonally across the upper left corner of the stamped and matted squirrel square. Fold the ends of the ribbon over and secure the ribbon in place on the back with strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive. Leave the protective backings of the Tear & Tape Adhesive in place.
Put Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the stamped and matted squirrel square with ribbon attached. Remove the protective backings from the Dimensionals and adhere the square to the front of the card so it covers the right end of the sentiment strip and is about 1/2" from the right edge and about 3/4" from the bottom edge.
Slide one end of the longer dyed ribbon piece under the ribbon already on the card in the center and tie in place with a half knot. Trim the ends.
