Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Night Of Navy Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Misty Moonlight Cardstock
- 2-3/4" x 3-1/2" from Night Of Navy Cardstock
- 2-5/8" x 3-3/8" of one of the stars in the sky patterns from O Holy Night 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stars are vertical on the horizontal rectangle
- 1" x 3-3/8" of sand pattern from O Holy Night 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper
- 2" x 3" from Misty Moonlight Cardstock
Mount the "o holy night" sentiment from the Night Divine Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Night Of Navy Ink Pad. Stamp it on the bottom of the vertical, 4" x 5-1/4" Misty Moonlight rectangle so it is centered side to side and is about 1/4" from the bottom.
Insert the stamped Misty Moonlight rectangle into the embossing folder included with the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder so the stars are vertical on the vertical rectangle. Use the line printed on the front flap of the folder to make sure it is lined up straight. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Adhere the dry embossed and stamped Misty Moonlight rectangle to the front of the Night Of Navy card.
Adhere the piece of stars in the sky O Holy Night Designer Paper to the center of the Night Of Navy rectangle.
Use your fingers to tear one long edge of the strip of sand O Holy Night Designer Paper so it is about 1/2" wide.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the torn sand strip of designer paper to the bottom of the matted stars in the sky designer paper. Don't get glue too close to the top edge or you wont' be able to tuck the nativity scene cut out underneath the top edge.
Pick out the nativity scene die from the Night Divine Dies. Put it on top of the Misty Moonlight rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the nativity scene cut out to the stars in the sky designer paper as shown so the bottom edge is tucked under the torn sand designer paper and it is centered side to side.
