Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Misty Moonlight Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Boho Blue Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Basic White Cardstock
- 3-1/2" x 4-3/4" of different shades of blue flowers and leaves on white background design from Countryside Inn 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper
- 1-1/2" x 2-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
Pick out the die from the Countryside Corners Dies that cuts out a label that is 2-3/8" x 3-7/8". Put it on top of the 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" white rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered vertically on the vertical rectangle. Run through the machine. Keep both pieces of cardstock!
Mount the Countryside Corners stamp on Block F. Leave the stamp rubber side up on your work surface. Use the side of the brush tip of the Misty Moonlight Stampin' Write Marker to carefully color ONLY the second largest frame (three stitched lines) on the stamp. Carefully place the 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" white rectangle on top of the stamp so the hole cut in the center lines up outlining the 3rd largest frame on the stamp. Place a piece of Grid Paper on top of the cardstock/inky rubber and rub firmly all over. Remove the Grid Paper and the inked up cardstock rectangle. Set aside. Use the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner and/or Simply Shammy to clean the stamp, but leave it on the block.
Adhere the piece of Countryside Inn Designer Paper to the back of the stamped white rectangle so the floral design shows through the opening in the cardstock.
Adhere the white rectangle with designer paper attached to the center of the Boho Blue rectangle and then to the front of the Misty Moonlight card.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Nature's Prints Set on an appropriate size block. Ink it up with the Misty Moonlight Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the label cut out earlier from the white rectangle.
Pick out the die from the Countryside Corners Dies that cuts out a label that is 1-1/4" x 2-7/8". Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered top to bottom and the sentiment is slightly closer to the right side. Run through the machine.
Lay the Countryside Corners stamp on Block F rubber side up on your work surface. Use the side of the brush tip of the Boho Blue Stampin' Write Marker to carefully color ONLY the second smallest frame (dots) on the stamp. Carefully place the sentiment label cut out on top of the stamp so it is centered inside the 3rd smallest frame on the stamp. Place a piece of Grid Paper on top of the cardstock/inky rubber and rub firmly all over. Remove the Grid Paper and the label cut out.
Adhere the sentiment label cut out to the front of the card so it is centered across the large label cut out as shown.
Mount the flower image from the Nature's Prints Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Misty Moonlight Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small white rectangle.
Pick out the matching flower die from the Natural Prints Dies. Put it on top of the stamped image on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the image is centered in the die. Run through the machine.
Use the brush tip of the Boho Blue Stampin' Write Marker to color in the petals on the flowers.
Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the colored flower cut out to the front of the card so it overlaps the left side of the sentiment label cut out as shown.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the Boho Blue 3/8" Textured Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the front of the card at a slight angle so it is centered over the bottom of the flower stem as shown.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up three sizes of Boho Blue dots from the sheet of 2023-2025 In Color Dots making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the card front as shown.
