C ard perfect for a birthday or Valentine's Day card using Stampin' Up! products.
Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Real Red Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Crumb Cake Cardstockxc
- 3" x 4" of red plaid design from Most Adored 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper
- 1-1/2" x 2-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
- 2" square of gold swirls on white background design from Most Adored 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper
- 1" x 1-1/2" from Early Espresso Cardstock
- 1" square from Real Red Cardstock
Mount the "Enjoy Your Day" sentiment from the Heartfelt Hellos Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad. Stamp it in the lower right corner of the horizontal Crumb Cake rectangle.
Uncap the brush tip end of the Dark Real Red Stampin' Blends Combo Pack. Hold the tip horizontally about an inch over the stamped Crumb Cake rectangle. Repeatedly strike the end of the Stampin' Blends marker using the Bone Folder to make splatters of ink all over the rectangle. Move the marker around to get full coverage.
Pick out the pointy lace edge die from the Basic Borders Dies. Put it on top of the red plaid Most Adored Designer Paper rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it will cut along one long edge. Run through the machine.
Adhere the cut designer paper rectangle to the left side of the stamped and splattered Crumb Cake rectangle so the long, smooth edge is about 1/4" from the left side and the pointy lace edge is on the right side.
Adhere the Crumb Cake rectangle to the Real Red card front.
Pick out the large ice cream scoop die from the Share A Milkshake Dies. Put it on top of the Basic White rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Pick out the small ice cream dish die and the spoon die from the Share A Milkshake Dies. Put them on top of the gold swirl Most Adored Designer Paper square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine.
Pick out the small, solid hot fudge blob die from the Share A Milkshake Dies. Put it on top of the Early Espresso rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Pick out the cherry die from the Share A Milkshake Dies. Put it on top of the Real Red square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Adhere the die cut pieces in place to make a sundae. Use Stampin' Seal and Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the dish, ice cream, spoon, and hot fudge. Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the cherry. The spoon should tuck into the slit cut into the ice cream.
