Project Recipe
Using my paper trimmer and pumpkin pie card stock I cut the cardstock at 5 1/2 on the long side. I then flipped the cardstock to the long side and scored at 4 1/4.
Using the Festive Birthday DSP I cut the paper with the stripes that look like the blanket at 4 X 5 1/4 and set aside.
Using whisper whit card stock I stamped my images.
For the llama, I used basic gray ink.
I stamped the design in the blanket with real red and the flowers with tempting turquoise. I also used tempting turquoise to stamp the design on his neck.
Using garden green I stamped 2of the cactus.
For the sentiment I used tempting turquoise and garden green.
I used my big shot and the Fiesta Time Framelits to cut out the llama and the cactus.
I used the Lots of Labels Framelits to cut out my sentiment using the Framelit that fit the best.
Card construction:
Adhere the stripes DSP to your card. I used multipurpose liquid glue. I added the pompom trim with the liquid adhesive to both sides of the DSP and let it dry while I added Dimensionals to the llama, sentiment and one of the cactus.
I used snail adhesive to adhere one cactus to the card base and then put the llama over the cactus. I placed the other cactus to the left of the llama and then added the sentiment. I added a small rhinestone to center of the flower on the sentiment.
Yor card is now complete!
