F all birthday card made with Stampin' Up! products.
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Early Espresso Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" of large yellow plaid design from Gingham Cottage 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper
- 1-3/4" x 2-1/2" from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock
Mount the "It's your time to be..." sentiment from the Inspired Thoughts Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Stamp it in the lower right corner of the horizontal Gingham Cottage Designer Paper rectangle.
Adhere the stamped designer paper to the center of the Early Espresso rectangle and then to the front of the Pumpkin Pie card.
Pick out one leaf label from the Leaf Label & Amber Gem Combo Pack.
Insert the leaf label into the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the leaf label inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Adhere the dry embossed leaf label to the front of the card at a slight angle as shown so the left tip is about 3/4" from the left edge of the card and the top tip is about 1" from the top edge of the card.
Mount the Butterfly Brilliance stamp on Block F. Ink up the small butterfly image in the lower right corner using the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Leave the inked up stamp rubber side up on your work surface. Place the 1-3/4" x 2-1/2" Pumpkin Pie rectangle on top of the inked up stamp so it covers the small butterfly image. Fold the Grid Paper over on top of the stamp with cardstock on top and rub firmly all over. Unfold the Grid Paper and remove the stamped cardstock rectangle.
Pick out the large, open, interconnected butterflies die from the Brilliant Wings Dies. Place the die on top of the stamped butterfly on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the butterfly. Run through the machine.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the butterfly cut out to the front of the card at a slight angle as shown so it covers the hole in the tip of the leaf label.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the Gold & Vanilla 3/8" Satin-Edged Ribbon.
Tie the a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot at a slight angle at the top of the stem on the leaf label.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 1 small and 2 large gems from the sheet of gems included in the Leaf Label & Amber Gem Combo Pack making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the front of the card as shown.
