Lightly color the entire background with your colored pencils. I used Bermuda Bay, Basic Gray for the background and a touch of Pacific Point on the Shadow. The dress uses Calypso Coral and highlighted with Pumpkin Pie.
Using Aquapainter...wet the sky, being careful not to mix the blue into the dress or ground.
Wipe off brush...wet the ground and then blend the shadow into it.
Wipe off the brush and wet the dress.
For more color variation, you can grab color off the pencil with your aquapainter and dab it onto the paper.
Adhere the umbrella with adhesive.

Attach verse to black scallop.
Using tear tape, attach the Peekaboo Peach ribbon. to the back side of the image.
Attach to card base with more tear tape.
Attach verse with dimensionals.
