Project Recipe
Cut Sweet Sorbet cardstock 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold in half and burnish the edge with a bone folder.
Cut a piece of large bee DSP to 4" X5 1/4". Using post-it tape or washi tape to temporarily adhere the Bee DSP to the front of the card.
Take the flowered DSP and cut it to 4" X 5 1/4". Use post-it tape or washi tape to temporarily adhere the DSP to the inside left of the card.
Open the card base flat and use the largest circle from the Stylish Shapes dies to cut out a circle of all 3 layers of the front of the card. If you want to you can use Post-it tape or washi tape to hold the circle in place.
Focusing on the front of the card, place a piece of score tape along the top of where the Bee DSP will land.
Peel back the tape, and then place one end of the Sweet Sorbet colored twine down onto the adhesive.
Repeat the same step below the circle, and once you have the twine pressed onto the adhesive you can trim it off.
Now you can add more adhesive to the front side of the card, and adhere the Large Bee DSP down.
Adhere the flower DSP to the inside left of the card base, lining it up with the circle you cut out.
Punch 2 hearts using the Bee Builder punch out of a scrap of Sweet Sorbet. Then adhere the hearts around the twine.
Cut a piece of basic white card stock to 4" X 5 1/4" and adhere centered on the right inside of the card base.
You can decorate the inside with hearts by stamping them with Sweet Sorbet ink.
The final step is to cut a small tag from the Stylish Shapes Dies, stamp it with the sentiment "Bee Mine" and adhere to the front of the card.
