I created this card for my son because he loves wolves. My original card was in gray for the masculine effect, but I duplicated it in colors for a more feminine card.
Project Recipe
Colored Cardstock:
8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Scored at 4 1/4" (Card Base)
3" x 4" (Gray Matte)
White Cardstock:
5 1/4" x 4" (Inside Card)
2" x 3" (Wolf)
Scrap paper (Flower)
DSP: 5 1/2" x 4" (Card Front)
Fold card base.
Attach DSP to front of card.
It is best to stamp on the cardstock before attaching to the card. That way if mistakes occur, you can flip it over and start over.
- Stamp Wolf - slightly off-center of the cardstock.
- Create a mask to protect the wolf as you stamp the trees.
- Stamp leaves and flowers on the trees.
- Add grass
- Stamp the flower on scrap paper, fussy cut out, and pop-dot on the left side of the frame.
Stamp your sentiment to white cardstock and attach to the inside of the card.
Embellish as desired.
