Project Recipe
Card Stock:
Lemon-Lime Twist--4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2"; 1 1/4" x 2" (optional for Stitched Nested Label Die)
Shaded Spruce--4" x 5 1/4" (front & inside)
Shimmery White--3 7/8" x 5 1/8" (front)
Very Vanilla--3 7/8" x 5 1/8" (inside)
Stamp the two horses with Tuxedo Black and the optional greeting on Lemon Lime Twist to be cut with Stitched Nested Labels Die.
With Blueberry Bliss randomly stamp the lake covering the horse images with a mask.
With Lemon-Lime Twist randomly stamp the grass, then blend close to the horse and water images with aqua painter.
Stamp the range of mountains with Gray Granite.
With Balmy Blue stamp the clouds randomly until you have the desired affect.
Finally with Shaded Spruce stamp the evergreen trees.
Using an aqua painter and Soft Suede Ink water color the two horse images. I painted the one horse X 2 to obtain the darker image.
Optional: Cut the greeting with Stitched Nested Label Dies or stamp directly onto the landscape scene.
Adhere your artwork to the Shaded Spruce with liquid glue. Wrap Old Olive baker's twine about three time (36") around the left side of the card and tie a bow. Then bump up with dimensional and add to the front of your card.
Add the optional greeting. Finish the inside by stamping the silhouette image of the horse with Soft Suede or as you desire.
