Measurements
Card Stock (CS) -
4 1/4” x 8 1/2” Gray Granite (Scored at 4 1/4” then score front at diagonal)
4 ¼” x 4 ¼” Gray Granite
4 1/8” x 4 1/8” White or complimentary color for matting (Cut 2)
4” x 4” White (Cut on diagonal)
DSP - 4” x 4” (Cut 2)
Cut and Score all pieces. Burnish well on score lines.
On the inside of the card base, Mat the DSP and adhere to the back of the card.
Attach the triangles to the inside of the front of the card.
Mat the DSP for the front of the card and adhere to the smaller piece of cardstock.
Using Tear & Tape, attach the bottom of the card face to the lower triangle only. Do not attach to the top triangle or it will not rotate.
You need a small tag or decoration popped up as a stopper for the front. In this case, I used a small pumpkin that I made with 3 small circles glued together.
Now the fun part! Decorate and embellish as desired. Add sentiments where they fit or leave large white areas for writing a note. There is no wrong way to design your card.
For this card, I used the cat from the Glad We're Friends stamp set and fussy cut it out. I made another pumpkin with larger circles. The leaves came from the Pansy Patch dies.
Here are a couple of variations.
