Project Recipe
Cut Sahara Sand Cardstock at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" for base. Note: DO NOT SCORE AT 4 1/4" MARK UNTIL AFTER THE IMAGE HAS BEEN STAMPED.
Cut DSP for inside of card 5 1/4" x 8 1/4"; score at 2 1/8", 4 1/8" 6 1/8".
Using the second largest oval from the Layer Ovals Dies cut out the centre of the DSP.
Lay the DSP on the card base to see where you need to stamp the image for the background of the card to create the tunnel effect.
Using Early Espresso Ink stamp the multiple tree image from the Winter Woods stamp set.
Score the cardbase at 4 1/4".
Adhere the DSP to the card front only putting the adhesive on the side panels.
Using the 2 largest layering oval dies cut an oval from the Early Espresso Cardstock and adhere it to the opening on the DSP to form a frame.
Stamp the largest deer from the Dashing Deer Stamp Set on Sahara Sand Cardstock and cut it out using the Detailed Deer Dies. Adhere deer to card front.
Using the 1 1/2" x 3" rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies cut 2 pieces of Whisper White Cardstock. Stamp your greeting on 1 piece and adhere 1 piece on each side of the DSP using diamensionals
Front of card: cut Early Espresso Cardstock - 4" x 5 1/4"; DSP - 3 3/4" x 5"; Whisper White Cardstock - 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". Adhere Early Espresso Cardstock to card front, layer DSP and Whisper White Cardstock to Early Espresso CS. Stamp a greeting on the Whisper White Cardstock. Cut the 2 smallest deer from the Detailed Deer Dies using Early Espresso Cardstock and the card front with the deer and the buttons as desired.
