As you are ready to stamp using the Tricks & Treats Set, place the cardstock or specialty paper on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Put a piece of Grid Paper on top of the Mat to protect it from ink.
Pick out the open monster head die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of the 2-1/4" x 2-1/2" glow-in-the-dark rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Mount the detailed monster face image from the Tricks & Treats Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Pretty Peacock Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the glow-in-the-dark monster face cut out. Set aside to allow to dry.
Pick out the open label die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of the 1-3/4" x 2-3/4" glow-in-the-dark rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Mount the "trick or treat" sentiment from the Tricks & Treats Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Pretty Peacock Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the glow-in-the-dark label cut out. Set aside to allow to dry.
Pick out the half bag die and the larger skinny bit with two holes die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put the half bag die on top of one of the Garden Green rectangles on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Place the skinny bit with two holes die near the top of the large portion so it is centered side to side and is about 1/2" from the top. Run through the machine. Repeat with the other Garden Green rectangle. Leave the dies out.
Put the half bag die and the larger skinny bit with two holes die on top of one of the Pretty Peacock rectangles on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine the same way as before. Run through the machine. Repeat with the other Pretty Peacock rectangle.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the two Garden Green half bag pieces together so the side panel of one overlaps the thin flap of the other and they line up along the top and bottom edges.
Mount the line of tombstones image from the Tricks & Treats Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Pretty Peacock Ink Pad. Stamp it repeatedly across the bottoms of the laid together Garden Green half bag pieces just above the score lines for the bottom flaps. Let some of the images go off the left and right sides. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Leave the stamp on the block.
Mount the small ghost image from the Tricks & Treats Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Pretty Peacock Ink Pad. Stamp it randomly all over the laid together Garden Green half bag pieces. Change the orientation of the stamp a bit each time. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time.

Pick out the long zigzag die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of the thin A Walk In The Forest Designer Paper strip on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so you'll cut along the center about 3/8" from the top. Run through the machine. Move the die down about 1/2" and move it over slightly so the zigzags are slightly offset. Run through the machine again. KEEP ALL THE PIECES.
Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen, adhere the single zigzag strip of designer paper to the bottom of the large section of one of the Pretty Peacock bag halves so one short edge is even with the score line for the side panel and it is about 1" from the bottom. Trim off excess designer paper on the edge with the thin flap using Paper Snips Scissors.
Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen, adhere the two flat-bottomed zigzag strips of designer paper to the bottom of the large section of one of the Garden Green bag halves so one short edge of each is even with the score line for the side panel and the flat edges of both touch. The bottom of the bottom zigzag piece should be about 3/4" from the bottom. Trim off excess designer paper on the edge with the thin flap using Paper Snips Scissors.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the super thin Pretty Peacock strip over the seam between the two zigzag designer paper pieces on the Garden Green half bag piece. Make sure the short edges along the score line with the side panel line up. Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut off excess cardstock along the thin flap.
Fold the stamped half bag cut outs along all score lines. Use the Bone Folder to get sharp creases.
Put strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive along the thin flaps on the ends of the half bag cut outs. Remove the protective backings and adhere the half bag cut outs together to form open rectangular tubes of each color.
Fold the bottom flaps in to form the bottoms of the bags. Use strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the edges of the big flaps to hold everything together. Use a Bone Folder to firmly press the bottom flaps together from inside the bags.
Adhere the stamped "trick or treat" label cut out to the front of the Garden Green bag as shown.
Pick out the solid ghost die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of the 1-1/4" x 2" glow-in-the-dark rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the ghost cut out to the front of the Garden Green bag at a slight angle as shown.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the monster face cut out to the front of the Pretty Peacock bag as shown.
Peel the protective backing off of the Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to the smooth side of the 1" x 1-3/4" glow-in-the-dark rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the word "boo" die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of the glow-in-the-dark rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the glow-in-the-dark side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Carefully remove the protective backing from the back of the word "boo" cut out. Adhere it to the front of the Pretty Peacock bag at a slight angle as shown.
Use your fingers to pinch the top long edges of the bags together and form slight creases along the sides.
Fill the bags with treats.
Cut 2 pieces each 8" of the Garden Green ribbon from the Real Red & Garden Green 3/8" Ribbon Combo Pack so they have a sharp angle on each end. Feed the ends of the ribbon through both of the holes at the top of the bags from the back side. Tie the bags closed using knots. Trim the ends.
