Project Recipe
Cut the cardstock and supplies to the following dimensions:
Base: Mossy Meadow cardstock 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"
Score at 4-1/4", then cut the upper portion of card only on each side at 1-1/4", trim 1/8" off bottom of middle section
Fireplace: Merry Merlot cardstock(2)1-1/8" x 4"
and 2-3/4" x 4"
Mantle: Early Espresso cardstock 1" x 4-3/4"
Animals: Basic White cardstock 4-1/2" x 1-1/2"
Inside: Basic White cardstock 4" x 5-1/4"
Old Olive Cardstock(2) 1-1/4" x 3-3/4"
Designer Series Paper(DSP) (2) 1" x 3-1/2"
Back of Fireplace: Black cardstock 2-1/2' x 1/2"
Logs: Early Espresso cardstock scrap
Flame: Bumblebee cardstock scrap
Window Sheet 1-1/4" x 5-1/4"
Black & White Bakers Twine 6"
Directions:
1. Emboss Merry Merlot cardstock with Brick & Mortar embossing folder
2. Adhere Merry Merlot cardstock to center front of card
3. Adhere window sheet to the bottom section of outer sides of card front using Tear and Tape
4. Adhere Merry Merlot cardstock to the outer sides of inside of card front
5. Punch out Black Cardstock with the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch
6. Punch out 2 Bumblebee cardstock using the stem on the Strawberry Builder Punch
7. Cut 2 small strips of Early Espresso cardstock for logs
8. Assemble logs and stem punches to build a fire and adhere to Black cardstock Postage Stamp
9. Adhere Black cardstock at the bottom of the Merry Merlot cardstonck on inner portion of card front
10. Adhere Basic White cardstock to inside of card
11 Layer and adhere the DSP on to the Old Olive cardstock
12, Adhere Old Olive card with DSP to each side of the Basic White cardstock on inside of card
13. Stamp sentiment in center of inside of card
14. Adhere Early Espresso Mantel to front of card
15. Die Cut 3 stockings from DSP
16. Stamp 3 animal faces on Basic White cardstock using Memento Black Ink pad
17. Color with desired Stampin' Blends
18. Die Cut animal faces and adhere to top of stockings.
19. Mount stockings on mantle using dimensionals
20, Tie baker's twine into a bow and attach to middle stocking below animal face using a mini glue dot, trim as needed
