C ard base, whisper white thick card stock, cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4. If you don't have the banners framelit dies, hand cut a couple banners. Using the large banner die cut a banner from gold/black candle paper in the how sweet it is designer series paper. Use next to largest banner die to cut a 2nd banner in granny apple green card stock. Emboss with simple stripes embossing folder. Take the cupcake die from the jar of sweets framelits dies and cut a cupcake from another sheet of pretty paper from the collection. Hand cut a lollipop from that sheet as well. Glue the lollipop on the fron of the card as shown. Add regular dimensionals to back of cupcake and place in center of green banner. The make it a sweet celebration sentiment is from the sweetest thing stamp set using pool party ink. Tie a bow for the front with black solid baker's twine. I used retired baker's twine. Use glitter enamel dots for decor on the green banner. I used retired enamel pieces. Stamp the frame in the sweetest thing stamp set in granny apple green ink inside the card. Stamp happy birthday sentiment with memento black ink inside the frame. Hand cut a few jelly beans from the pretty paper and glue to the inside of the card. Cut a strip of black and gold paper from the set at 1/2 x 4 1/4 for bottom of the card.
