F un gift card box perfect for a gift card to a coffee shop using Stampin' Up! products.
Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- 3-1/4" square of red and white stripe design from Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper
- 2-1/2" x 3" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 2-1/4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 2-3/4" from Real Red Cardstock
- 2-1/2" square from Real Red Cardstock
- 2-1/2" square from Whisper White Cardstock
- 4 strips each 3/4" x 3-1/4" from Real Red Cardstock
Fold together the Mini Pizza Box. Place some Sweet Soiree Ready Shreddie inside and then place the gift card inside. Close the box.
Adhere the red and white striped square of Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper to the box lid.
Adhere the 4 strips of red cardstock to the sides of the box.
Pick out the small coffee cup framelit from the Coffee Cups Framelits. Place the 2-1/2" x 3" rectangle on a Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the small coffee cup framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Place a piece of Grid Paper on top of the Stampin' Pierce Mat to protect it from ink. Place the coffee cup cut out on the Grid Paper on top of the mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner, crisper image when you stamp with photopolymer stamps.
Mount the double line of hearts image from the Smitten Mittens Set on Block G. You can slightly curve up the ends of the stamp as you mount it on the block if you wish, just make sure the hearts are oriented correctly. Ink up the stamp with the Real Red Ink Pad and stamp it along the bottom of the coffee cup cut out.
Mount the snowflake made of hearts image from the Smitten Mittens Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of the coffee cup cut out.
Use the edge of the brush tip on the Real Red Marker to lightly outline the edges of the coffee cup cut out.
Pick out the letter B framelit from the Large Letters Framelits. Place the red rectangle on a Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the letter B framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Carefully cut the top bump of the letter B off from the bottom bump so you have what looks like a small upper case D.
Using SNAIL on the back of the coffee cup cut out, adhere the letter bump cut out so it sticks out to the left side of the cup as a handle.
Add more SNAIL to the back of the coffee cup cut out if needed and adhere the cup to the top of the box lid at a slight angle so that the handle just sticks out over the left edge of the designer paper a teeny bit and the bottom of the cup is about 1/4" up from the bottom of the designer paper.
Pick out the whipped cream framelit from the Coffee Cup Framelits. Place the 1-1/2" x 2-1/4" white rectangle on a Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the whipped cream framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Place the whipped cream cut out on Grid Paper to protect your work surface.
Mount the bunch of teeny, tiny dots image from the Hearts Come Home Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad. Stamp it repeatedly on the top and down the right side of the whipped cream cut out so that it looks like red sprinkles. Stamp some of the images without re-inking the stamp and let the images overlap and go off the edge.
Adhere the stamped whipped cream cut out to the top of the box lid so it is just tucked under the top edge of the coffee cup cut out.
Unlock the 1-3/4" Circle Punch. Insert the red square and punch.
Mount the "Merry & Bright" sentiment from the Hearts Come Home Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of the white square.
Unlock the 1-1/2" Circle Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the stamped sentiment into the punch. Carefully line up the sentiment so it is centered in the punching area. Punch.
Adhere the sentiment circle to the red circle using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Adhere the sentiment circles to the top of the box lid in the lower right corner so the words are at a slight angle. The circles should overlap the bottom right side of the coffee cup cut out a bit.
Add a large Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the center of the snowflake on the coffee cup. Add two more Rhinestone Basic Jewels of different sizes in the upper right corner of the box lid.
Cut an 8" piece of Real Red 1/8" Solid Ribbon. Tie a small bow. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the bow at a slight angle where the sentiment circles and bottom of the coffee cup cut out meet.
