Project Recipe
Cut a piece of cardstock to measure 6" x 8 1/2".
On the long side score at 1/2" and 4 1/2".
On the short side score at 1" and 5".
Turn the cardstock back to landscape with the 1/2 inch scoreline on the left. Score down to the first horizontal scoreline at 2 1/2" and 6 1/2".
From this mid point on both panels, use a ruler and score each panel to the two corners.
See attached picture
Cut the two small rectangles on the narrow edge of the card and cut up each scoreline at the bottom to the first horizontal line.
Fold and burnish the scoreline and using adhesive tape on the thin tab, stick the two sides together.
Fold and glue the four flaps at the bottom and then cover with a square of matching cardstock measuring 2" x 2".
Cut a panel of DSP measuring 3 1/2" x
3 1/2" and a strip measuring 3 3/4" x 7/8".
Take the square panel of DSP and Mark the mid point on the top edge. From this point mark down yo each bottom corner and cut. This should give you 3 pieces of DSP which match the shape of the front facets of the box.
Adhere all four pieces of DSP to the front of the box and decorate with coordinating ribbon.
