Project Recipe
We are starting with the left side of our 2 page scrapbook layout.
a) this pc measures 12 x 3 1/8
b) now starting at the inner top side, tear this pc down to measure approximately 12 x 2 1/2. Do not glue down yet. View the diagram
c) this pc measures 12 x 2
d) now starting at the inner top side, tear this pc down to measure approximately 12 x 1 1/2. Do not glue down yet. View the diagram
e) then adhere these pieces together having the smaller pc peaking out from under the top pc. Then adhere them to the left side of your 12 x 12 white cardstock
f) this pc measures 9 x 4 1/2
adhere about 5 1/2 inches in from the left side and 1 inch up from the bottom of your 12 x 12 cardstock; however, DO NOT adhere the left longest side as you'll be tucking flowers in there shortly
g) this grey pc measures 9 x 1/4 inch
sorry but I overlooked taking a picture of this step
adhere this pc along side pc f, on the left hand side of the longer part
h) now you have 2 pcs. The dark border pc measures 7 1/2 x 5 1/2 and the photo pc measures 7 x 5. Adhere the smaller pc on top of the border pc.
i) now adhere the combined pc in 6 1/4 inches from the left hand side and up 1 3/4 inches from the bottom
j) adhere your flowers in whatever arrangement you'd like; however, I tucked 2 flowers & a branch in the bottom, 1 flower & a twig in the center and 1 flower to the side. These flowers were tucked in under the designer series paper (DSP), but over the gray border. If you'd like, you can then glue down the left side of the DSP on top of the flowers.
k) again, so sorry but overlooked taking a photo of this step.
I used my twine and tied a loose knot on 2 of the gold leaf trinkets, part way down the twine. I then draped the twine down the DSP on the far left side, brought the edges of the twine to the back and taped them down
We are now starting with the right side of our 2 page scrapbook layout.
l) this pc measures 12 x 2
m) now starting at the inner top side, tear this pc down to measure approximately 12 x 1 1/2. Do not glue down yet. View the diagram

p) then adhere these pieces together having the smaller pc peaking out from under the top pc. Then adhere them to the right side of your 12 x 12 white cardstock
q) this pc measures 11 x 4 1/2
adhere about 2 inches in from the left side and 1/2 inch up from the bottom of your 12 x 12 cardstock; however, DO NOT adhere the right longest side as you'll be tucking flowers in there shortly
r) this pc measures 11 x 1/2
adhere this pc along side pc q, on the right hand side of the longer part
s) now you have 3 border pcs and 3 photo pcs. The dark border pcs measure 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 and the photo pcs measure 5 x 3. Adhere the smaller pcs on top of the border pcs
t) now adhere all 3 combined pcs in 1/2 inch from the left hand side; however, the first one will be flush with the DSP on top and the last one will be flush with the DSP on the bottom. Then center the middle pc.
u) adhere your flowers in whatever arrangement you'd like; however, I tucked 2 flowers & a branch in the bottom, 1 flower & a twig in the center and 1 flower from the top.
