C reate a stunning Rustic Love Card
Project Recipe
Start with a thick whisper white card base, layer a piece of wood textures designer paper, using the Bloomin' heart thinlit dies cut out the heart shape from vellum card stock
Colour the back of the vellum heart using Stampin' Blends, I used the light shades of Old Olive, Calypso Coral and Cherry Cobbler and the dark shade of the Calypso Coral. To get a stunning shimmer colour the front of the heart with wink of stella
Using the flower dies in the Bloomin' Hearts thinlits cut some vellum flowers, I recommend 3-4 flowers for each 3d flower you want to create, colour them on the back with the blends and the front with wink of stella, the same as the heart, I also used the dark shade to edge each flower.
Cut at least 2 of the flowers on one side to allow them to twist in tight, then using you stylus on the stampin pierce mat gently push in the center of the flowers and work outwards in a circular motion to curl the flowers, then twist the center ones.
Also do the center of where you are going to adhere the completed flower to the heart. Then layer and adhere each of the flowers together starting from the one you have curled the tightest and working out. I used glue dots to adhere mine.
Adhere the heart to your card front and then add the 3d flowers, to complete the card finish off by die cutting the love sentiment from dazzling diamond glimmer paper using the sunshine wishes dies.
