Project Recipe
Prep these cardstock pieces:
Crumb Cake card base - 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored n half at 4-1/4"
White - 2-1/2" x 3-7/8", 4" x 5-1/4"
Pear Pizzazz - 2" x 5-3/8", 2-5/8" x 4"
Soft Suede - 1-7/8" x 5-1/4"
Cut 2 branches in Mossy Meadow
Cut acorn top in darkest brushed metallic cardstock and the acorn bottom in the lightest
Emboss Soft Suede piece with the Tree Rings 3D Embossing Folder. Layer this piece to the matching Pear Pizzazz piece. Glue to the left front of the card base.
Stamp the tree ring in Soft Suede in the center of the smaller white piece. Stamp the heart in Real Red in the center of the tree ring. Stamp sentiment below in Real Red.
Stamp acorn bottoms in Crumb Cake above the tree ring. Stamp the acorn tops in Soft Suede.
Attach the acorn top to the bottom by cutting a small piece of cardstock that can overlap the back. (The Best Label Punch is perfectly sized for this) Glue both pieces onto the smaller piece so they are flush together.
Glue white panel onto matching Pear Pizzazz layer. Glue branches onto corners, extending past the edges. Glue acorn top to branch and put a mini dimensional under the bottom to give it some depth. Add this whole panel to the card front with dimensionals in the center.
Stamp sentiment in the white inside panel in Soft Suede. Stamp a heart in Real Red. Adhere to inside of card. Stamp envelope with a couple hearts at the same time.
