T his pretty paper makes this layout stand out. When the paper adds so much to the layout, little else is needed. I will be matting my pictures in black, so I added that to the supply list too.
Project Recipe
Begin with two 12 X 12 sheets of Rich Razzleberry paper. Cut the print paper from Peaceful Poppies at 5". You now have one piece that is 5 X 12 and another piece that is 7 x 12.
Attach each of these pieces to one of the Rich Razzleberry papers. See picture for placement.
Cut two pieces of black ribbon 14" (If you don't have black ribbon, you could use strips of black paper).
I attached the ribbon with tear & tape at the place where the print paper ends and the Rich Razzleberry starts. wrap the ribbon to the back of the page.
I cut the largest die shape in the Painted Labels dies to use for my title. You could use any shaped die or punch.
To add some interest on the other page, I die cut a stitched shape circle. I die cut a flower shape that was similar to the flowers in the paper from Rich Razzleberry and attached it to the stitched circle. Attach to the 2nd page of the layout.
I will mat the pictures with Basic Black.
