Project Recipe
Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Misty Moonlight Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Just Jade Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Basic White Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Basic White Thick Cardstock
- 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" from Just Jade Cardstock
Pick out the scalloped, stitched rectangle die that cuts out a rectangle that is 2-1/2" x 3-5/8" from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Put it vertically on top of the vertical Basic White Thick rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered side to side and slightly closer to the top. Run through the machine.
Note: You are using the large vertical rectangle with a scalloped rectangle cut out of the center as a stencil for this project. Recycle the cut out scalloped rectangle or save it to use on another project.
Place the thick white rectangle with a scalloped rectangle cut out of the center on top of the regular Basic White rectangle so all the sides line up. Place the pieces on some Grid Paper. Use small strips of washi tape or Scotch tape to hold the thick white rectangle in place.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Just Jade Ink Pad to get it inky. Very lightly rub the inky Blending Brush over the bottom half of the stencil opening. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Tip: I just clean my Blending Brushes when I'm done using them by running them under water until no more color is coming off. Then, I let them air dry. They may be stained, but they are clean enough to use with any color of ink in the future.
Rub a different Blending Brush across the open Misty Moonlight Ink Pad to get it inky. Very lightly rub the inky Blending Brush over the top half of the stencil opening blending it into the green. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.

Mount the one line sentiment of your choice from the Quiet Meadow Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Misty Moonlight Ink Pad. Stamp it in the lower right corner of the stenciled scalloped rectangle.
Carefully remove the thick white stencil from the regular white cardstock.
Adhere the stenciled and stamped regular white rectangle to the center of the large Just Jade rectangle and then to the front of the Misty Moonlight card.
Pick out the large, fern-like leaves die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the remaining Just Jade rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Use the Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the fern leaves cut out to the front of the card so the bottom of the stem is in the lower left corner of the stenciled rectangle.
Cut a 3" piece of the Just Jade 3/8" Gingham Ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the card front over the bottom of the fern stem in the lower left corner of the stenciled rectangle.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up a large Just Jade gem from a sheet of 2020-2022 In Color Square Gems making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it in the upper left corner of the stenciled area as shown.
