Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- 2 pieces each 6-1/4" x 4" from Cardstock (I used Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Coasta Cabana, and Bermuda Bay)
- 3-1/4" x 8-1/4" from Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper
- 2" x 3-3/4" from Cardstock (I used Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana, and Whisper White)
- 2-1/4" square from Whisper White Cardstock (for popped up bunny tags)
- 2" square from Whisper White Cardstock (for popped up lamb tags)
- 2" x 2-3/4" from Whisper White Cardstock (for chick tag)
- 2 pieces each 1/4" x 2" from matching Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper (for chick tag)
- 1/4" x 2" from matching Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper (for flat lamb tag)
Pick out the half box die from the Perfect Parcel Dies. Put it on top of one of the large cardstock rectangles on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Run through the tool. Repeat with the other large cardstock rectangle.
Fold on all score lines on both box half pieces using a Bone Folder.
Put strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the tabs on the ends of both box half pieces as shown.
Put small pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the upper corners of both box half pieces as shown. Make sure these pieces are on the opposite side from the Tear & Tape pieces on the end tabs.
Remove the protective backing on the Tear & Tape pieces on the tab ends of one box half piece. Adhere it to the other box half piece as shown. Make sure the flat edges of each box half piece are on the bottom. Make sure the score lines match up.
Tip: Roll excess Tear & Tape hanging over the edge of the end tabs inward using your finger
Remove the protective backing on the Tear & Tape pieces on the tab ends of the other box half piece. Adhere it to the other end of the other box half piece to make the rectangle box. Make sure the score lines match up.
Tip: Roll excess Tear & Tape hanging over the edge of the end tabs inward using your fingers.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape pieces on one of the triangles on the bottom of the box and adhere it to the bottom side flap of the box. Repeat with the triangle on the other side.
Push down on the bottom of the box to make the long flaps tuck under the triangle end flaps as shown.
Fold the long flaps of the top of the box inward so the pointy flaps stick out to the sides as shown.
Open the top flaps and put in whatever treats you want in the box. Close the top flaps again and tuck the pointy end flaps into the slits cut into the sides of the box. One side of the box is shown.
The top of the closed box should look like this.
Place the top of the box upside down in the center of the strip of designer paper. Wrap the designer paper around the center of the box so the ends of the designer paper overlap on the bottom of the box. Use your fingers to crease the paper as it goes around the edges of the box.
Put a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive across one end of the designer paper. Remove the protective backing and adhere the end to the other end of the designer paper making a belly band around the box that will slide on and off.
For all tags:
Pick out the tag topper die from the Perfect Parcel Dies. Put it as close as possible to the top of one of the short edges of 2" x 3-3/4" cardstock on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so the die is centered side to side. Run through the tool.
Use Daffodil Delight or Coastal Cabana Cardstock for the popped up bunny and popped up lamb tags.
Use Mango Melody Cardstock for the chick tag.
Use Whisper White Cardstock for the flat lamb tag.
For the popped up bunny and popped up lamb tags:
Mount the bunny image from the Welcome Easter Set on Block D or the lamb image from the Welcome Easter Set on Block C. Ink up the image with the StazOn Ink Pad. Stamp on the 2-1/4" square for the bunny tag and on the 2" square for the lamb tag.
For the bunny tag, use the Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Markers or the Mango Melody Stampin' Write Marker to color in the bottoms of the feet, the chest, the nose, and the inside of the ears.
For the lamb tag, use the Smoky Slate Stampin' Write Marker to color in the nose and hooves. Use the Mango Melody or Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Markers to color in the bow tie.
Use the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to color in the rest of the bunny or the body, legs, and top of the head of the lamb.
Use Paper Snips to cut out the bunny or lamb.
WITHOUT ADHERING, put the cut out bunny or lamb on the top of the tag. Mount the "Happy Easter" sentiment from the Welcome Easter Set on Block H. Ink up ONLY the word "Happy" using either the Bermuda Bay or Mango Melody Marker. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp on the tag so it is centered just under the animal. Clean the stamp using the Simply Shammy and/or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave it on the block. Ink up ONLY the word "Easter" of the "Happy Easter" sentiment on Block H using either the Bermuda Bay or Mango Melody Marker. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp just below the previously stamped word "Happy" so it is centered side to side on the tag. Clean the stamp using the Simply Shammy and/or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub and put it away.
If desired, pick out one of the detailed strip dies from the Perfect Parcel Dies. Place the die on the bottom of the tag so it is centered side to side on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Run through the tool. One of the strip dies only cuts a dotted pattern. The other cuts out little bits that will need to be removed using the Take Your Pick Die Brush on the Take Your Pick.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the animal cut out in place on the tag.
For the flat lamb tag:
Mount the lamb image from the Welcome Easter Set on Block C. Ink up the image with the StazOn Ink Pad. Stamp on the top of the white tag so it is centered side to side.
Use the Smoky Slate Stampin' Write Marker to color in the nose and hooves. Use the Grapefruit Grove Stampin' Write Marker to color in the bow tie.
Use the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to color in the rest the body, legs, and top of the head of the lamb.
Mount the "Happy Easter" sentiment from the Welcome Easter Set on Block H. Ink up ONLY the word "Happy" using the Bermuda Bay Marker. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Ink up ONLY the word "Easter" of the "Happy Easter" sentiment on Block H using the Bermuda Bay Marker. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp just below the previously stamped word "Happy" so it is centered side to side on the tag. Clean the stamp using the Simply Shammy and/or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub and put it away.
Use the Fine-Tip Glue Pen or Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the thin strip of matching Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the tag.
For the chick tag:
Mount the chick image from the Welcome Easter Set on Block C. Ink up the image with the Memento Pad. Stamp on the top of the 2" x 2-3/4" white rectangle so it is centered side to side.
Mount the "Happy Easter" sentiment from the Welcome Easter Set on Block H. Ink up ONLY the word "Happy" using the Mango Melody Marker. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp on the rectangle so it is centered just under the chick. Clean the stamp using the Simply Shammy and/or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave it on the block. Ink up ONLY the word "Easter" of the "Happy Easter" sentiment on Block H using the Mango Melody Marker. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Make sure you have some paper (Grid Paper works great) at your work space.to protect the work surface. The Stampin' Blends Markers will bleed through the cardstock that you are coloring so you need to protect your work surface.
Place the stamped white rectangle on the work paper and start coloring with the Stampin' Blends Markers. The markers have a brush tip for coloring in larger areas and a fine tip for coloring in smaller areas. Use the Dark and Light Daffodil Delight Markers to color in the head, body, and wings of the chick. Use the Dark and Light Mango Melody Markers to color in the beak, comb, legs, and feet of the chick. Use the Color Lifter Marker to remove any excess color as needed.
Adhere the stamped and colored white rectangle to the center of the Mango Melody tag.
Use the Fine-Tip Glue Pen or Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the thin strips of matching Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper to the tag so they cover the seams at the top and bottom of the white rectangle and the tag.
Cut a 12" piece of ribbon or twine. Tie it around one end of the box using a half knot. Thread the tag onto the ribbon and finish tying the knot. Trim the ends of the ribbon.
