Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Daffodil Delight Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic Black Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" from Whisper White Cardstock
Mount the plain, skinny lightbulb image from the Watts of Occasions Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Basic Black Archival Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of the small rectangle of Whisper White Cardstock. Set aside and allow it to dry completely.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Watts of Occasions Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Basic Black Archival Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of the large Whisper White rectangle about 3/4" up from the bottom.
Open the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder. Open the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad and rub a Sponge Dauber across the surface to get it inky. Daub some Daffodil Delight Ink onto the raised surface of each starburst on the inside of the smaller back flap of the Embossing Folder (the flap with the copyright and "Made in China" information printed on the outside). Remember to get more ink on the Dauber as needed.
Carefully place the stamped, large white rectangle inside the folder so that the stamped side is facing the inked up starbursts. Close the folder. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on top of a Cutting Pad on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Place another Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the stamped, dry embossed white rectangle to the Basic Black rectangle.
Get some more Daffodil Delight Ink on the Sponge Dauber and color in around the filament ends on the light bulb image.
Cut out the light bulb image by hand using Paper Snips.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of Basic Black Solid Baker's Twine.
Adhere one end of the baker's twine to the back of the light bulb image using Stampin' Dimensionals so the twine comes out of the base of the bulb. Add some more Dimensionals to the back of the light bulb image.
Remove the protective backings from the Dimensionals and adhere the light bulb to the center of the matted white rectangle so it appears to be hanging down from the top of the white layer.
Fold the other end of the baker's twine piece over the top of the matted white rectangle. Flip the matted white layer over and adhere the end of the baker's twine in place with a piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strip and add more SNAIL to the back of the cardstock. Adhere the matted white layer to the front of the Daffodil Delight card.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of Daffodil Delight 1/4" Double-Stitched Ribbon. Tie it in a half knot in the center. Trim the ends. Adhere the knot to the baker's twine near the top of the card using a Mini Glue Dot.
Adhere a large Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the center of the filament on the light bulb.
