I
CASE'd this card from Tammy at https://stampspaperscissors.com/2020/03/17/my-friend
I don't have the same supplies she does, so worked with what I have.

Cut Thick Whisper White Cardstock to 5.5"x11" and score for the base of the card.
Cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock to 5.25"x4". Emboss with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.
Using Tuxedo Black Memento ink, stamp 3 of the small flowers and 3 of the stems on whisper white. I used scraps for this.
Also, if you have the Stamparatus, it is a fantastic way to make sure everything is lined up perfectly every time.
Use what makes you happy to color in the flowers and stems. I used Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo Watercolor Pencils. After coloring, I went over everything with a Blender Pen.
Stamp your sentiment in Whisper White Ink on a scrap of Black Cardstock.
Use the die cut machine and a die from Stitched Rectangle Framelits to cut out the 3 flowers.
Then, cut out your sentiment.
Attach the 3 flowers to the embossed piece of cardstock with Stampin Dimensionals.
Wrap the Linen Thread around that piece and the flowers 3 times.
Attach the sentiment to the front of the card. I used Stampin Dimensionals on the bottom of the sentiment and SNAIL Adhesive on the top of the sentiment, so it would stay level with the flowers.
Finally, attach your embossed piece (with all its layers) to your Whisper White Thick Cardstock base. Add a little bling and you're card is complete!
