Tricks & Treats Ghostly Boo

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cut cardstock, designer paper, glow-in-the-dark specialty paper, and Adhesive Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
   - card from Pretty Peacock Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
   - 4" x 5-1/4" from Garden Green Cardstock
   - 2-1/8" x 4" of green, gray, and white stripes design from Walk In The Forest 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are horizontal on the vertical rectangle
   - 2 pieces each 1" x 4" from Pretty Peacock Cardstock
   - 1-1/4" x 2" from Glow-In-The-Dark 6" x 6" Specialty Paper
   - 1" x 1-3/4" from Glow-In-The-Dark 6" x 6" Specialty Paper
   - 7/8" x 1-5/8" from Adhesive Sheets

2. Mount the line of tombstones image from the Tricks & Treats Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Pretty Peacock Ink Pad. Stamp it repeatedly across the bottom of the horizontal Garden Green rectangle as shown so the images go off the edge on the right side and stop about 3" from the right side. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time.

3. Mount the small ghost image from the Tricks & Treats Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Pretty Peacock Ink Pad. Stamp it just above the tombstones in the lower right corner.

4. Mount the "EEK!" sentiment from the Tricks & Treats Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Pretty Peacock Ink Pad. Stamp it repeatedly in the upper right corner of the Garden Green rectangle as shown. Change the orientation a bit each time. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time.

5. Pick out the long zigzag die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of one of the thin Pretty Peacock strips on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so you'll cut along one long edge. Run through the machine.

6. Adhere the zigzag Pretty Peacock strip cut out to the back of one long edge of the A Walk In The Forest Designer Paper so the points just stick out along the right edge.

7. Adhere the other thin Pretty Peacock strip to the back of the other long edge of the A Walk In The Forest Designer Paper so about 1/8" of Pretty Peacock sticks out along the left edge.

8. Adhere the matted designer paper strip to the left side of the horizontal, stamped Garden Green rectangle so about 1/4" of Garden Green shows along the left edge.

9. Adhere the stamped Garden Green rectangle with matted designer paper attached to the front of the Pretty Peacock card.

10. Pick out the solid ghost die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of the large glow-in-the-dark rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.

11. Use Stampin' Dimensionals and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the ghost cut out to the front of the card at a slight angle as shown so he is just above the tombstones and overlaps the right side of the matted designer paper a bit.

12. Peel the protective backing off of the Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to the smooth side of the 1" x 1-3/4" Glow-In-The-Dark rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.

13. Pick out the word "boo" die from the Tricks & Treats Dies. Put it on top of the Glow-In-The-Dark rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the Glow-In-The-Dark side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.

14. Carefully remove the protective backing from the back of the word "boo" cut out. Adhere it to the top of the matted designer paper on the card front at a slight angle as shown.

15. Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up a glow-in-the-dark ghost from the sheet of Glow-In-The-Dark Bats & Ghosts making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the front of the card as shown.
