Translucent Florals Bold & Bright Celebrate

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cut cardstock, foil sheets, designer paper, and Adhesive Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
   - card from Poppy Parade Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
   - 4" x 5-1/4" from Melon Mambo Cardstock
   - 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" of red and pink stripes design of Merry Bold & Bright 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are vertical on the horizontal rectangle
   - 2-3/8" x 3-5/8" from Melon Mambo Cardstock
   - 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" from Basic White Cardstock
   - 2" x 5" from Basic White Cardstock
   - 1-1/4" x 3-1/2" from Poppy Parade Cardstock
   - 1-1/4" x 3-1/2" of Melon Mambo foil from Melon Mambo & Granny Apple Green 12" x 12" Foil Sheets
   - 1-1/8" x 3-3/8" from Adhesive Sheets

2. Adhere the piece of Merry Bold & Bright Designer Paper to the center of the 4" x 5-1/4" Melon Mambo rectangle and then to the front of the Poppy Parade card.

3. Cut a 5-3/8" piece of the White 1/2" Iridescent Ribbon so it has a sharp angle on each end.

4. Lay the ribbon across the center of the card front horizontally. Use a small piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the ribbon to the card front.

5. Adhere the 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" white rectangle to the center of the 2-3/8" x 3-5/8" Melon Mambo rectangle.

6. Adhere the matted white rectangle to the front of the card so it is in the center.

7. Mount the large, full flower image from the Translucent Florals Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Melon Mambo Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the long white strip leaving room to cut it out.

8. Mount the medium, half flower image from the Translucent Florals Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp it on the other end of the long white strip leaving room to cut it out.

9. Pick out the matching, open flower dies from the Translucent Florals Dies. Put them on top of the stamped flowers on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so they are centered over the flowers. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine.

10. Adhere the flower cut outs to the center of the white rectangle on the card front as shown so they overlap each other a bit and are slightly closer to the top edge.

11. Pick out the more solid "celebrate" die from the Wanted To Say Dies. Put it on top of the 1-1/4" x 3-1/2" Poppy Parade rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces as needed.

12. Peel the protective backing off of the Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to white side of the Melon Mambo foil rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.

13. Pick out the more detailed "celebrate" die from the Wanted To Say Dies. Put it on top of the foil rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the foil side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces as needed.

14. Carefully remove the protective backing from the back of the detailed "celebrate" foil cut out. Adhere it to the center of the more solid Poppy Parade "celebrate" cut out.

15. Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the layered "celebrate" cut out to the front of the card as shown so it is centered side to side on the bottom of the white rectangle and overlaps the bottoms of the flower cut outs a bit.

16. Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 3 Melon Mambo discs from the sheet of Iridescent Adhesive-Backed Discs making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere one to the center of the large Melon Mambo flower cut out and the other two in the upper corners of the white rectangle as shown.
