Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Sweet Sugarplum Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" from Old Olive Cardstock
- 2-1/2" x 5-1/2" from Smoky Slate Cardstock
- 2-5/8"x 4" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
- scrap of Old Olive Cardstock at least 2" wide
- scrap of Very Vanilla Cardstock at least 2" wide
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of Very Vanilla 1/2" Lace Trim.
Lay the lace trim across one end of the 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" Old Olive Cardstock piece about 1/4" from the edge. Flip the cardstock over and fold the ends of the lace trim over. Adhere the ends of the lace trim in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strips and add more SNAIL to the back of the cardstock. Adhere it to the front of the Sweet Sugarplum card about 1-1/8" from the top edge.
Place the strip of Smoky Slate Cardstock into the Garden Trellis Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on top of a Cutting Pad on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Place another Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the dry embossed piece of cardstock to the front of the card so the left edge just overlaps the right edge of the lace trim (about 3/4" in from the left edge). Use Paper Snips to trim off any excess cardstock on the top and bottom edges of the card if needed.
Mount the bunch of flowers and stems image from the Touches of Texture Set on Block I. Ink it up with the Old Olive Ink Pad. Stamp it on the left side of the 2-5/8" x 4" piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock.
Use the Sweet Sugarplum Marker to color in the flowers and the Pear Pizzazz Marker to color in the leaves and bud caps.
Mount the large grid work smudge image from the Touches of Texture Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Smoky Slate Ink Pad. Stamp once onto Grid Paper and then, WITHOUT re-inking, stamp it randomly onto the stamped vanilla rectangle. Repeat several times. Remember to re-ink the stamp and stamp off on Grid Paper each time. Let some of the images go off the edges of the cardstock.
Mount the small, circle of dots smudge image from the Touches of Texture Set on Block A. Let some of the images go off the edges of the cardstock and let them overlap each other and the bigger smudge images.
Adhere the stamped vanilla rectangle to the front of the card so about 1/4" of the dry embossed Smoky Slate layer shows on the left side of the vanilla rectangle and it is about 5/8" from the top edge of the card.
Unlock the 1-3/4" Circle Punch. Slide the Old Olive scrap into the punch and punch.
Mount the "Comfort & Healing to you..." sentiment from the Flourishing Phrases Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Sweet Sugarplum Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Very Vanilla scrap.
Unlock the 1-1/2" Circle Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the stamped sentiment into the punch and get the sentiment centered in the punching area. Punch.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment circle to the center of the Old Olive circle.
Adhere the matted sentiment circle to the front of the card so it covers the lower right corner of the vanilla rectangle.
Cut a 16" piece of Old Olive Baker's Twine.
Fold the Baker's Twine in half. Tie a small bow. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the bow to the base of the flower stems at a slight angle.
Pick out one of the Sweet Sugarplum flower shapes from the 2016-2018 In Color Glitter Acrylic Shapes. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere it to the card front over the intersection between the vanilla and Old Olive layers in the upper right corner.
