Tags To Go Crossed Keys Welcome

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
   - card from Strawberry Slush Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
   - 4" x 5-1/4" from Summer Splash Cardstock
   - 3-3/4" x 5" of various keys and key chains on pink striped background design from On The Go 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are horizontal on the vertical rectangle
   - 1-1/2" x 3-3/4" of broken dark pink stripes on light pink background design from On The Go 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are horizontal on the horizontal rectangle
   - 1-3/4" x 3" from Basic White Cardstock
   - 2 pieces each 1" x 2-1/4" of gold foil from Textured Metallic 12" x 12" Specialty Paper

2. Adhere the strip of pink striped On The Go Designer Paper to the top of the keys design On The Go Designer Paper rectangle so it is about 1" from the top.

3. Mount the "welcome home" sentiment from the Tags To Go Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Strawberry Slush Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the white rectangle.

4. Pick out the elongated, rounded diamond tag die from the Tags To Go Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the sentiment is centered and the hole in the tag is on the left side of the sentiment. Run through the machine.

5. Pick out the longest key die from the Tags To Go Dies. Put it on top of one of the gold foil rectangles on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the metallic side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. Leave the die out.

6. Put the longest key die on top of the remaining gold foil rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the metallic side is face down. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.

7. Cut a 4-3/4" piece of the Summer Splash 3/8" Bordered Ribbon.

8. Thread the ribbon through the hole in the sentiment tag cut out from the back side. Thread both of the key cut outs onto the ribbon to the left of the sentiment tag so the gold side of each is face up.

9. Lay the ribbon with the tag and keys threaded onto it onto the layered designer paper rectangle so it is centered across the striped designer paper strip. Fold the ends of the ribbon over and secure the ribbon in place on the back of the designer paper with strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive.

10. Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape pieces and add Stampin' Seal to the back of the designer paper rectangle. Adhere the rectangle to the center of the Summer Splash rectangle and then to the front of the Strawberry Slush card.

11. Use Stampin' Seal on the back of the sentiment tag cut out to adhere it in place so it is centered over the ribbon and is about 5/8" from the right side of the card.

12. Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the two key cut outs so they cross over each other just to the left of the sentiment tag cut out.

13. Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the Summer Splash 3/8" Bordered Ribbon.

14. Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.

15. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the front of the card as shown so it is centered over the ribbon at the top of the crossed keys.

16. Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 1 small darker pink colored gem from the sheet of Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the dot in the center of the sentiment on the card front as shown.
