Mount the "Let It Snow" sentiment from the Snowman Season Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Blueberry Bushel Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the Coastal Cabana rectangle.
Pick out the rectangle die from the Stitched Rectangles Dies that cuts out a stitched rectangle that is 1-13/16" wide. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so the sentiment is about 1/2" from the right edge. Run through the tool. Leave the die out.
Tip: You may have to press fairly firmly along the edges of the die to pop the cut out loose.

Adhere the sentiment rectangle to the center of the Blueberry Bushel rectangle.
Adhere the matted sentiment rectangle to the front of the Coastal Cabana card so it is centered top to bottom and the right edge is about 5/8" from the right edge of the card.
Adhere the designer paper rectangle cut out to the card front so it overlaps the left side of the matted sentiment rectangle, is centered top to bottom, and the left edge is about 5/8" from the left edge of the card.
Mount the snowman body image from the Snowman Season Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Blueberry Bushel Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the larger white strip, leaving room to punch it out.
Unlock the Snowman Builder Punch. Hold it upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped snowman body image into the punch and get it centered in the corresponding punching area. Punch. Leave the punch unlocked.
Use the Pumpkin Pie Marker to color in the snowman's nose.
Cut a 5" piece of the Real Red 1/8" Curly Ribbon.
Tie the ribbon around the snowman's neck using a knot. Trim and fray the ends.
Hold the unlocked Snowman Builder Punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the strip of Soft Suede Cardstock into the punch and get it centered in the punching area for the stick arms. Punch.
Adhere the stick arms to the back of the snowman body so they stick out to either side using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add more Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of the snowman body as needed. Remove the protective backings. Adhere the snowman body to the front of the card so it is centered side to side on the designer paper rectangle cut out and is about 3/8" from the bottom of the designer paper rectangle.
Mount the top hat image from the Snowman Season Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Blueberry Bushel Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the smaller white strip, leaving room to punch it out.

Use the Markers to color in the top hat. Using:
- Pumpkin Pie Marker for the center of the flower.
- Real Red Marker for the flower petals and hat band.
- Old Olive Marker for the leaves.
- Coastal Cabana Marker for the rest of the hat.
Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the hat punch out to the card front so it overlaps the top of the snowman's head at a slight angle to the left.
Shake the bottle of Snowfall Accents Puff Paint very well while carrying it and your card over to the Heat Tool.
Put three small dots of puff paint onto the card front as shown. The dots will get bigger as you heat the puff paint.
Use the Heat Tool to heat the puff paint. Hold the Heat Tool directly over one puff paint dot at a time until it starts to dry and puff up. Continue to hold it the Heat Tool over the puff paint dot until it has puffed quite a bit. Then, do the other dots the same way.
After the puff paint has had time to cool down, carefully press straight down on the dots to flatten them out a bit and make sure they are completely dried out.
