imple Stamping with Biggest Wish stamp set. Misty Moonlight looks great with Lemon Lolly.

Dimensions:
Lemon Lolly 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at half
Misty Moonlight 1/2 x 4
Bright & Beautiful DSP 1/2 x 5 -
Stamp the Happy Birthday directly on the front of the lower corner of the card. Use Misty Moonlight.

Cut the DSP the width of the pattern, about 1/2 inch. Adhere both strips to the left of the card, Misty Moonlight first with the DSP layering slight over it.

Add some rhinestones or other metallic pearls in the upper right corner. Or scatter the embellishments around the card.
