Seaside Wishes Mother's Day Shell Collection

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cut cardstock and Adhesive Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
   - card from Basic Beige Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
   - 4" x 5-1/4" from Boho Blue Cardstock
   - 3" square from Basic Beige Cardstock
   - 2-1/4" square from Basic Beige Cardstock
   - 2-1/2" square from Peach Pie Cardstock
   - 1-3/4" square from Misty Moonlight Cardstock
   - 1-5/8" square from Adhesive Sheets
   - 1" x 2-3/4" from Basic Beige Cardstock

2. Insert the Boho Blue rectangle into the So Swirly Embossing Folder. Use the line printed on the front flap of the folder to make sure it is lined up straight. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.

   Tip: Be careful, this embossing folder is very large and barely fits through the machine. Make sure none of the folder is hanging over the edge of the platform or it will get caught and will mess up the folder and/or your machine.

3. Cut a 4-3/4" piece of the Boho Blue Jute Trim from the 2023-2025 In Color Jute Trim Pack.

4. Lay the jute trim across the vertical, dry embossed Boho Blue rectangle so it is about 1" from the bottom. Fold the ends of the jute trim over and secure the jute trim in place on the back with strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive.

5. Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape pieces and add Stampin' Seal to the back of the Boho Blue rectangle. Adhere the rectangle to the front of the Basic Beige card.

6. As you are ready to stamp using the Seaside Wishes Set or Flower Cart Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.

7. Mount the large sand dollar image from the Seaside Wishes Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Basic Beige Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the large Basic Beige square.

8. Pick out the matching set of 3 sand dollars die from the Seaside Wishes Hybrid products. Put it inside the Embossing Folder from the Seaside Wishes Hybrid products so it fits into the grooves around the corresponding sand dollars cut into the inside of the top flap (the one with the line and logo printed on it) of the Embossing Folder. Place the stamped large sand dollar into the layered dies/embossing folder so it is centered in the large cutting/embossing area. Close the folder and put it on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. This will cut out and emboss the sand dollar image at the same time. Leave the die and embossing folder out.

9. Mount the small sand dollar image from the Seaside Wishes Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Basic Beige Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small Basic Beige square.

10. Place the stamped small sand dollar into the layered dies/embossing folder so it is centered in the small cutting/embossing area. Close the folder and put it on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. This will cut out and emboss the sand dollar image at the same time.

11. Mount the large starfish (sea star) image from the Seaside Wishes Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Peach Pie Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Peach Pie square.

12. Pick out the matching large starfish (sea star) die from the Seaside Wishes Hybrid products. Put it on top of the stamped starfish (sea star) on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the image. Run through the machine.

13. Peel the protective backing off of the Adhesive Sheets square. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets square to one side of the Misty Moonlight square. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.

14. Pick out the smaller, very detailed circle die from the dies included in the Seaside Wishes Hybrid products. Put it on top of the Misty Moonlight square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the Misty Moonlight (blue) side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.

15. Mount the "happy Mother's Day" sentiment from the Flower Cart Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Misty Moonlight Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Basic Beige strip.

16. Pick out the long, skinny, rectangular label die with notches on each end from the Unbounded Love Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the sentiment as much as possible. You may cut off a little bit of the bottom loop of the "y" in "day". Run through the machine.

17. WITHOUT ADHERING, lay all the cut out pieces on top of the card front to figure out spacing and placement.

18. When happy with the layout, adhere the pieces in place one at a time. Peel the protective backing off the detailed Misty Moonlight circle cut out to adhere hit. Adhere the sand dollars with Stampin' Seal. Adhere the starfish (sea star) with a couple of Mini Stampin' Dimensionals in the center. Adhere the sentiment label cut out so it is centered over the jute trim on the left side using Stampin' Dimensionals.

19. Cut a 3" piece of the Boho Blue Jute Trim from the 2023-2025 In Color Jute Trim Pack.

20. Slide one end of the jute trim under the jute trim already on the card front just to the left of the sentiment label cut out. Tie in place with a half knot. Trim and fray the ends.

21. Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 1 large Peach Pie dot from a sheet of 2024-2026 In Color Resin Dots making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the center of the starfish (sea star) on the card front.
