Stamp several truck images on Whisper White Cardstock.
Color with Blends and fussy cut. Add Wink of Stella wherever you'd like a little shine.
Stamp the same number of trucks again on WW cardstock, but do not color them, just cut them out. These will be used as a 2nd layer to help strengthen the colored truck image
Stamp the appropriate number of Christmas Tree images (to match the number of trucks you created in the previous step). Color the images and use the coordinating die to cut the trees.
Stamp the tires on Whisper White cardstock and color using Blends. Cut out with the coordinating die.
Add the tires to the colored truck images, using dimensionals to pop up the tires.
Using liquid Tombow, add the Christmas trees to the truck images.
Now you are ready to build the garland. You will build the garland going right to left. Do NOT cut your Curly Real Red Ribbon, just work with it off of the roll. You won't cut it until you get to the very end.
Using the Shaded Spruce Ribbon and the Real Red Cotton Ribbon, tie them to the beginning of the garland making sure you leave enough length at the beginning to make a loop for hanging that end. I didn't measure the pieces of green or red ribbon ahead of time, I just tied a knot and then trimmed the ends. It looks better if you keep those pieces on the shorter side. I think mine measure about 1 1/4' in total length. I did green, red and then green again but you can put them in whatever color order you want, or you can use all one color, it's up to you. I just liked the contrast.
Next, take one of the colored truck images and decide how far you want it to be from the last piece of ribbon you tied on to the Curly Red Ribbon base. Run a bit double-sided tape along the back of the truck, keeping it near the "cab" portion of the truck. Lay that over the Red Curly Ribbon.
Flip this piece over and attach one of the plain truck images (you may want to trim this piece down a little bit so that you don't have any excess showing when you flip the truck back to the colored side. I just attached it with double-sided tape and pressed it really well, especially over the section where the Red Curly Ribbon piece is.
Continue this process adding ribbons and trucks until you use all the trucks you have, ending the garland with the tied pieces of ribbon.
Tie a loop at that end of the garland and trim it from the spool, leaving a few inches to hang after the looped piece.
