Rainbow Of Happiness Sending You Happiness |
C heerful card for lots of occasions using Stampin' Up! products.
Cut cardstock, designer paper, and Adhesive Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Misty Moonlight Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Pool Party Cardstock
- 2" x 5-1/8" of small rainbows, clouds, and suns on dark blue background design from Sunshine & Rainbows 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, cut so the rainbows are vertical on the horizontal rectangle
- 1" x 5-1/2" from Mango Melody Cardstock
- 7/8" x 5-3/8" from Adhesive Sheets
- 2-3/8" x 3-3/8" from Magenta Madness Cardstock
- 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1" x 3" from Basic White Cardstock
Peel the protective backing off of the Adhesive Sheet rectangle. Adhere it to one side of the long, skinny Mango Melody strip. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the long, skinny line of small rainbows die from the Brilliant Rainbow Dies. Put it on top of the Mango Melody strip with Adhesive Sheet on back on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the orange side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Use Stampin' Seal to adhere the piece of Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Paper to the bottom of the line of rainbows cut out so the orange of the rainbows and the designer paper are both face up and the top of the designer paper is right along the bottom edge of the rainbow cut outs. Make sure the rainbows on the designer paper are all oriented properly.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut off excess Mango Melody rainbows on the left and right sides as needed.
Carefully remove the protective backing from the line of rainbows cut out and add Stampin' Seal to the back of the designer paper as well. Adhere the designer paper with rainbows attached across the top to the bottom of the horizontal Pool Party rectangle so a small amount of Pool Party shows on the left, bottom, and right edges.
Adhere the Pool Party rectangle with designer paper and line of Mango Melody rainbows attached to the front of the Misty Moonlight card.
Pick out the set of two small clouds die and the single, small cloud die from the Brilliant Rainbow Dies. Put them both on top of the small white strip on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces if needed.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the small cloud cut outs to the front of the card on the Pool Party area as shown.
As you are ready to stamp using the Rainbow Of Happiness Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
