Lay the largest rainbow arch image from the Rainbow Of Happiness Set upside down on your work surface. Carefully press Block E to the back of the stamp to mount it on the block. Ink up the image using the Pacific Point Ink Pad. Stamp it just above center of the large, vertical white rectangle.
Tip: Mounting photopolymer stamps this way helps to make sure they are straight and even.
Lay the second largest rainbow arch image from the Rainbow Of Happiness Set upside down on your work surface. Carefully press Block D to the back of the stamp to mount it on the block. Ink up the image using the Pacific Point Ink Pad. Stamp once onto Grid Paper. Without re-inking, stamp it just below the previously stamped Pacific Point arch

Lay the smallest rainbow arch image from the Rainbow Of Happiness Set upside down on your work surface. Carefully press Block B to the back of the stamp to mount it on the block. Ink up the image using the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad. Stamp it just below the dashed line arch.

Mount the set of three tiny hearts image from the Rainbow Of Happiness Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Pacific Point Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small yellow arch.
Adhere the stamped white rectangle to the center of the large Daffodil Delight rectangle and then to the front of the Pacific Point card.
Peel the protective backing off of the Foam Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Foam Adhesive Sheets rectangle to one side of the small Daffodil Delight rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the "H," "A," "Y," and two "P" dies from the Playful Alphabet Dies. Put them on top of the Daffodil Delight rectangle with Foam Adhesive Sheet on back on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the Daffodil Delight (yellow) side is face up. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. Leave the protective backings in place for now.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the Daffodil Delight letter cut outs on top of the card front just below the base of the rainbow to spell out "HAPPY" and figure out spacing. When happy with the arrangement, adhere the cut outs in place one at a time by peeling off the protective backings.
