P retty packaging using Stampin' Up! products.
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- 2 pieces each 3-3/8" square of white scrollwork on green background design from Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper
- 4 pieces each 7/8" x 3-3/8" of white scrollwork on green background design from Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper
- 3-1/4" square from Real Red Cardstock
- 2-1/2" square from Real Red Cardstock
- 2" x 3-1/2" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 2-1/4" from Garden Green Cardstock
Fold along all score lines and assemble a Mini Pizza Box.
Adhere the two large squares of Poinsettia Place Designer Paper to the bottom and lid of the box.
Adhere the four rectangles of Poinsettia Place Designer Paper to the sides of the box.
Insert gift into box and close.
Cut an 18" piece of the Real Red 3/8" Sheer Ribbon.
Wrap the ribbon around the box about 3/4" from the front edge. Tie in place with a bow so the bow is on the left side. Trim the ends of the ribbon.
As you are ready to stamp using the Poinsettia Petals Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the "May Magic & Wonder bloom this holiday" sentiment from the Poinsettia Petals Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Garden Green Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the horizontal white strip. Leave room to punch out the sentiment.
Unlock the Everyday Label Punch. Hold it upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped sentiment into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch.
Put some strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back of the sentiment punch out. Remove the protective backings and adhere the sentiment punch out to the top of the box so it is centered over the ribbon tied around the box on the right side of the lid.
Mount the medium, outline poinsettia image from the Poinsettia Petals Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the larger Real Red square.
Mount the small, outline poinsettia image from the Poinsettia Petals Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the smaller Real Red square.
Pick out the matching sized poinsettia outline dies for both stamped poinsettia images from the Poinsettia Dies. Put them on top of the stamped poinsettia images on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the images are centered in the dies. Also pick out the matching solid, interior petals dies for both of the stamped poinsettia images. Put them inside the outline dies so the dies are NOT overlapping each other. The solid, interior petals dies do NOT cut, they just emboss the veins into the flowers. Run through the tool.
Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the small poinsettia petals cut out to the center of the larger poinsettia petals cut out.
Adhere the layered poinsettia flower to the top of the box lid in the upper left corner. Make sure the petals do not cover any of the sentiment but do frame the upper left corner of the sentiment punch out.
Mount the smaller outline holly leaf image from the Poinsettia Petals Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Garden Green Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Garden Green rectangle.
Pick out the matching sized holly leaf outline die for the stamped holly leaf image from the Poinsettia Dies. Put it on top of the stamped leaf image on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the image is centered in the die. Also pick out the matching solid, interior leaf die for the stamped holly leaf image. Put it inside the outline die so the dies are NOT overlapping each other. The solid, interior leaf die does NOT cut, it just embosses the veins into the leaf. Run through the tool.
Adhere the leaf cut out to the top of the box lid so it sticks out at a slight angle from behind the poinsettia flower in the upper right corner.
Pick out a Beaded Pearls embellishment.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the Beaded Pearls embellishment to the center of the poinsettia flower.
