Cut cardstock, foil sheets, and Pearlized Doilies pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer and Paper Snips:
- card from Mint Macaron Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Tranquil Tide Cardstock
- half a Pearlized Doily
- 2-1/4" x 3" from Mint Macaron Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 3" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 3" from Silver Foil Sheets
Lightly spray the Tranquil Tide rectangle with water. This will help you get a deeper impression when you dry emboss it.
Insert the damp Tranquil Tide rectangle into the Scattered Sequins Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the paper inside directly on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Place a Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
VERY IMPORTANT: You are using only ONE Cutting Pad. If you try to use two, the sandwich will be too thick and you could damage the Big Shot.
Set the dry embossed cardstock aside to let it dry thoroughly.
Tip: You can use a Heat Tool to speed up drying if you wish.
As you are ready to stamp using the Piece of Cake Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the short, single-line sentiment of your choice from the Piece of Cake Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Tranquil Tide Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the bottom of the Mint Macaron rectangle.
Mount the cake image of your choice from the Piece of Cake Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Mint Macaron Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the 1-1/2" x 3" white strip.
Unlock the Cake Builder Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the stamped cake image into the punch and get it centered in the corresponding punching area. Punch. Leave the punch unlocked. Keep the remaining piece of the strip of white cardstock for use on another project.
Holding the Cake Builder Punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the Silver Foil Sheets strip into the punch and get it lined up in the cake stand punching area. Punch.
If the dry embossed Tranquil Tide rectangle is dry, then adhere it to the front of the Mint Macaron card.
If you haven't already done so, cut a Pearlized Doily in half using Paper Snips.
Adhere the doily half to the back of the stamped Mint Macaron rectangle so the doily half sticks out on the left side.
Adhere the stamped Mint Macaron rectangle with doily half attached to the front of the card so it is centered side to side and about 3/4" from the top.
Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the cake stand punch out to the Mint Macaron rectangle on the card front so it is centered just above the sentiment.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the cake punch out to the card front so it overlaps the top of the cake stand punch out just a bit.
Cut a 4" piece of the Silver Mini Sequin Trim. Fold the trim in half. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the folded end of the trim to the card front on the bottom left corner of the Mint Macaron rectangle.
Pick out a Call Me Clover button from the Tinted Faceted Buttons. Adhere the button to the card front using a Mini Glue Dot so it covers the folded end of the sequin trim.
Cut an 8" piece of Whisper White Solid Baker's Twine. Tie a small bow in the center. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the twine bow to the center of the button.
