Cut cardstock and watercolor paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- 2" x 3-1/2" from Watercolor Paper
- 1-3/4" x 2-3/4" from Crumb Cake Cardstock
- 3 pieces each 2" x 2-1/2" from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
- scrap of Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
- scraps of Whisper White Cardstock
Use an Aqua Painter to scribble water over the piece of Watercolor Paper before lightly sprinkling on the Prussian Blue Brusho Crystal Colour and letting it run. Use the Aqua Painter to spread color to the edges of the Watercolor Paper and make sure it isn't too dark. Set aside to dry thoroughly. If you want, you can speed up drying with the Heat Tool.
As you are ready to stamp on each piece of cardstock using the Picnic with You Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the basket image from the Picnic with You Set on Block E. Ink it up with the Soft Suede Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Crumb Cake rectangle.
Pick out the matching basket outline framelit from the Picnic Basket Builder Framelits. Place the stamped basket image on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the basket outline framelit on top so it is centered over the image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Pick out the basket weave framelit from the Picnic Basket Builder Framelits. Place the cut out basket image on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the basket weave framelit on top so it is centered over the bottom of the basket. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. This adds a little texture to the bottom of the basket, but does not cut anything out.
Mount the stems and leaves image on Block C. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad. Stamp it on one of the Pear Pizzazz rectangles. Clean the stamp with the Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave it on the block.
Re-ink the stems and leaves image with the Old Olive Ink Pad. Stamp it on another of the Pear Pizzazz rectangles. Re-ink the stamp again and stamp it on the final Pear Pizzazz rectangle.
Pick out the matching leaves and stems framelit from the Picnic Basket Builder Framelits. Place one of the stamped leaves and stems images on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the leaves and stems framelit on top so it is centered over the image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Repeat with the other two stamped leaves and stems images.
Cut the Pear Pizzazz on Pear Pizzazz stems and leaves in half so you have one half that has all the stems and leaves from the top of the image and the other half has the stems and 2 leaves from the bottom of the image.
Put a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive across the back of the basket cut out along the very top. Adhere the stems and leaves to it so they are coming out of the basket.
Mount the large flower image from the Picnic with You Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad and stamp it on a scrap of white cardstock. Re-ink the stamp two more times and stamp it twice more. Make sure to leave room between each flower to cut them out with the matching framelit.
Pick out the matching large flower framelit from the Picnic Basket Builder Framelits. Place one of the stamped large flower images on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the large flower framelit on top so it is centered over the image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Repeat with the other two large flower images.
Mount the small flower image from the Picnic with You Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad and stamp it on a scrap of white cardstock. Re-ink the stamp two more times and stamp it twice more. Make sure to leave room between each flower to cut them out with the matching framelit.
Pick out the matching small flower framelit from the Picnic Basket Builder Framelits. Place one of the stamped small flower images on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the small flower framelit on top so it is centered over the image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Repeat with the other two small flower images.
Mount the butterfly image from the Picnic with You Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad and stamp it on a scrap of white cardstock. Leave the stamp on the block.
Pick out the matching butterfly framelit from the Picnic Basket Builder Framelits. Place the stamped butterfly image on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the butterfly framelit on top so it is centered over the image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Place a scrap of white cardstock on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the butterfly framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Re-ink the butterfly stamp with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad and stamp it on the Silicone Craft Sheet. Carefully place the plain white butterfly cut out upside down on top of the stamped butterfly image and press firmly. Peel up the butterfly cut out and you should have a butterfly facing the other direction!
Pick out the tuft of grass framelit from the Picnic Basket Builder Framelits. Place the scrap of Pear Pizzazz Cardstock on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the tuft of grass framelit on top. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces.
If the Watercolor Paper piece is dry, proceed with the next steps. Otherwise, you can use a Heat Tool to speed up drying if you want.
Mount the "A basketful of thanks for you" sentiment from the Picnic with You Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Night of Navy Ink Pad. Stamp it on the top of the Watercolor Paper strip in the center.
Add strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive to the back of the basket cut out with the leaves and stems in place. Remove the protective backing from the strips and adhere the basket to the bottom of the stamped Watercolor Paper strip so that the strip and basket are all about 4-1/2" tall. If necessary, use Paper Snips to trim off any Watercolor Paper that shows on the sides of the basket.
Pick out a Daffodil Delight card from the Tutti-frutti Cards & Envelopes. Fold it in half. Adhere the Watercolor Paper/basket strip to the center.
Use Mini Glue Dots and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the flowers, butterflies, and tuft grass to the card front as shown.
